Have been a member of Best Buy Total since 2021 and been very happy with it. We buy all our tech from Best Buy now instead of Amazon, etc... This protection plan is a big reason why as well as the extended return times and Apple Care on Apple products.

The peace of mind is great and it covers for maintenance items such as battery replacements also.

Customer service was awesome and I never had any issues with the services. I don’t know if it was worth paying for since I never really had to bring things in but when I need it, it’s nice to have.

Theres no money waste with BB!
