We had an issue with an Apple product used by the spouse. We took it to a service provider's location. We were told to go to an Apple store. We stopped at a local best buy store and spoke to the geek squad folks. The issue was resolved in 2 minutes.

Protection plans are always a Bonus. I would never purchase a higher priced item without receiving a protection plan. AppleCare is definitely an added bonus.

I always buy the protection on devices as it has saved me many times when the item breaks. It’s either fully covered or I pay a small deductible which is a lot cheaper than paying for a brand new one

I bought this new iPhone 15, & love it! Great camera makes beautiful photos. I don’t like the fact that Apple keeps changing their charging cords. I had to buy a new one when I switched to the iPhone 13, & now that one doesn’t work for this model.

They call back promptly if they can’t take the call, and they are clear with their instructions if you need to send it in for service or repair. They make you feel like a valued customer.
