Apple Care plan to the rescue

Being a truck driver, the maps options are a valuable tool. Having said that, his battery takes a huge hit. Having a care plan, is a blessing, especially when the battery is dead and all his information is stored on his phone.

We took it to a service provider's location. We were told to go to an Apple store. We stopped at a local best buy store and spoke to the geek squad folks. The issue was resolved in 2 minutes.
