Have had Best Buy protection since it was Total Tech. Very happy with the way they treat me when I need it. The AppleCare comes with it so I can just purchase items from Apple and I know it is protected.

We couldn’t fix my husband’s iPhone SE (3rd gen). Got appointment at Best Buy. We were seen promptly, and the young man was very sweet. He fixed our phone in minutes and was very patient when he helped us set it up properly with finger biometric. We had been at wits end! Best Buy helped quickly and very nicely! They should be proud of their employees!
