I like that you can take your apple watch into Best Buy when you have issues. I HATE that Best Buy can't do anything other than ship it off for repairs - making it completely useless to take it to them.

Best Buy will tell you they cover lots of services but in reality, Geek Squad will often claim they can’t help you and recommend you to escalate your situation to “tier II” support which isnt covered by the total care plan.
