Good Idea to have

I check out best buy before I go anywhere else because they don't bat an eye when you need them to fix or replace anything. I have had a item or two that needed repair (that's life) and they were here in a jiffy. And my Amazon Kindle had a problem, it kept shutting off by itself. They sent me a new one with no hassle.
