    I buy a lot of apple devices for family, but it is impossible for them to keep their devices from the normal events that can damage them. I can hardly think of a device that hasn't needed to use this form of insurance.

    I recommend everybody to purchase AppleCare. I have used it a few times for damaged/broken iPhones and iPads. Just recently my wife dropped her iPad in the tub. Paid only a fraction ($49.00) of the replacement cost ($389.00) if I had not had the plan. I also replaced an iPhone 11 for $149.00 instead of having to buy a new one. GET APPLECARE. Saves you money and a lot of headaches. Staff at the Apple store was very helpful during replacement.

    This is the best thing about being a Best Buy customer and having the total tech members account! Helps provide products you purchase in the form of insurance! Apple care is definitely needed!
