I’ve been using Monthly AppleCare+ through Best Buy for several months now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. I originally signed up when I bought my iPhone 15 Pro from Best Buy, and since then, I’ve added it for my MacBook Air as well. Having protection on both devices just gives me a huge sense of confidence and peace of mind. What I really like is the flexibility of the monthly plan. Instead of paying a big chunk upfront, I just pay a small amount each month, and I can keep the coverage going for as long as I need it. That made the decision a no-brainer for me. I use these devices every day, so knowing they’re protected without that initial high cost is a big plus. A few months ago, I actually had to use the coverage for my iPhone. I dropped it while getting out of the car, and the screen cracked pretty badly. Normally, that would’ve been a nightmare—but I went to Best Buy, they handled the claim quickly, and I had a working phone again in no time. The service fee was way lower than what I would’ve paid without AppleCare+, and the whole process was super smooth. Another thing I appreciate is that I can get service either at Best Buy or an Apple Store, which adds a lot of convenience. I travel a bit for work, so knowing I’m covered no matter where I am is important. Also, the Geek Squad team at my local Best Buy has been great. They explained everything clearly when I first signed up, and anytime I have questions, they’re patient and helpful. It’s not just about the protection—it’s about the overall experience, and Best Buy makes it feel really customer-friendly. Having AppleCare+ on a monthly basis through Best Buy honestly makes me more confident in using my iPhone and MacBook the way I need to. I don’t worry as much about accidents or unexpected issues because I know I’m backed up. For anyone who’s invested in Apple products and wants long-term, affordable protection with great support, I definitely recommend going this route.

Great piece of mind. Love that with Total tech you get an extended warranty. I have so many Apple products and knowing if I need service that I have coverage. These coverages pay for themselves in a single use. Highly recommend and will continue to purchase with all my Apple products.

You never know: I dropped my Macbook Pro and damaged the device bad. Because I had Applecare, I took it to the Apple Store and my device would have cost me the price of a new 14.5 MacBook Pro, but, I paid 300.00 for a completely new MacBook! Best Warranty hands down!!

Covers all your needs. I have this coverage for my Apple Ultra Watch and what is so awesome about this is that Apple Care is included with your Total Tech Membership. I recommend getting all Apple products from BestBuy because they are covered for a minimum of 2 years if you have Total Tech.

I have the Best Buy Protection Plan. I have not had to use it yet but for me it’s always best to have coverage. I rather pay a little in the beginning that an exorbitant amount during the course of ownership of the product if a need arises for repairs.

Love everything and still learning things on youtube. The only con is the battery having to charge is every 24 hrs. I know I can put it on the charger every evening but I like the sleep function. I follow youtube videos also telling me how to save battery but still need to charge then. I will say it charges very fast. I can have full battery within 35 40 mins. Another thing to know if you buy the bumper that fits snuggly over the watch face. The charging is compromised because its partially in the way. So you have to take off straps remove the bumper and charge it. If yoh have bumper that just clips over face screen then the charging is ok. Its the bumpers that have to be fitted in and pulled over hugging it where the back lip is around the back circle. Those aren’t great. I had the fitst apple watch years ago then became a fitbit user for years. With that Company Google now fitbit has failed in customer service, so I now have a new Apple 8 and I LOVE IT over all!

Apple Care is a great investment. Apple products ate well made but as any product there defects on occasion. I have Apple products that ive has no issues with and a coupke that i have. My Macbook, Ipad, Apple TV, Airpod Max and Apple watch, ive had no issues with. As much as i love my Airpod Pro 2 (i hace 2 pairs), both of them have issues charging from time to time. I’ve had one issue with my IPhone. With Apple Care you can take your Apple products to Best Buy and they will take care of sending your product to Apple for repair. The option I usually choose is to go online and make an appointment for my local Apple store. It is very easy and they always have same day appointments, of course depending on how close to closing time it is. The other option is to just walk in but you will have to wait a little longer than if you had made an appointment since they have to fit you in between appointments. The Apple Service Reps have always been friendly, explained whatever the issue may be and my options to get it fixed. They are very helpful and quick yo fix the issue. I have always walked out with either a fixed product or a new replacement if it cant be fixed. I will always buy Apple Care for my Apple products. I will always buy Apple Care for my Apple products therefore, I highly recommend Apple Care. It gives you peace of mind that if there is an issue, it will be fixed or you are given a new replacement at tgecend of your appointment. Where if you didn’t have Apple Care you would have to pay to fix your product or dispose of your Apple product and/or buy a new product.

If you are going to invest hundreds or even a couple thousand dollars on an Apple product you simply have to have Apple Care +. Full stop. Apple is amazing about repairing almost anything - typically for free- providing you have Apple Care +. Trust me - I've been on the other side of not buying Apple Care + (my first MacBook) and ended up having to pay $500 to get it fixed. My next MacBook - lesson learned - I coughed up the dough for Apple Care +. I had to get the screen replaced two times - and it didn't cost me a dime. If you are a Best Buy Total member - your yearly membership of $179 practically pays for itself as it includes two years on Apple Care + on any Apple device purchased through Best Buy. Don't think about it. Just get it.

I know, I know... get your Apple products at an Apple Store - nice work if you can get it... or if there's an Apple Store nearby.... but here in the real world, there is a BestBuy nearby and it's a great way to test and touch those Apple must haves if you are not within driving distance of an Apple Store..... just know the mothership can still call you! Because of the high cost of Apple products, it would be wasteful to not include AppleCare... for those just in case moments. I love that Apple Care is there... not that I always. need it, or even want it.... it's just a nice constant to rely on. As a TotalTech member - AppleCare comes with the service and after purchasing at least two Apple Products - it more than pays for itself. Definitely worth checking into, if you are a Apple frequent flyer and considering TotalTech membership.

Well it’s included in total and when you get 3 iPhones it basically pays for total itself. Definitely good peace of mind to know anything happens I don’t have to shell out for a whole new phone.

I recently purchased AppleCare+ for my new iPhone, and I couldn't be happier with the decision. From the moment I activated the coverage, the peace of mind it provided has been invaluable. Firstly, the customer service is phenomenal. Every interaction I've had with Apple Support has been nothing short of excellent. The representatives are knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They genuinely seem to care about resolving any issues I have, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The coverage itself is comprehensive and well worth the investment. It includes not only accidental damage protection but also extends the warranty for an additional two years. This means that I am protected against any unexpected mishaps, such as drops, spills, or screen damage, which can be quite costly to repair without coverage. Knowing that I can get my device fixed quickly and affordably is a huge relief. Moreover, the repair process is seamless. When my screen cracked a few months ago, I simply scheduled an appointment at my local Apple Store. The service was quick, and I received my phone back looking brand new in no time. AppleCare+ also covers battery replacements, which is fantastic for maintaining the longevity of my device. One of the standout features is the express replacement service. If my device ever needs to be replaced, Apple sends a new one to me right away, allowing me to stay connected without any major disruptions. This level of convenience is unmatched and shows how much Apple values its customers' satisfaction. In addition to the excellent service and coverage, AppleCare+ also includes software support. Anytime I have questions about iOS updates, apps, or general usage, I can reach out to Apple Support and get helpful advice and solutions. Overall, AppleCare+ is an outstanding product that offers exceptional value. It provides comprehensive coverage, excellent customer service, and a hassle-free repair process. For anyone investing in an Apple device, I highly recommend AppleCare+ for the ultimate peace of mind and protection.

Service is fast, customer support is helpful, and everything is handled smoothly through Apple. It’s especially great if you use your device daily or want protection beyond the standard warranty. Highly recommend for anyone investing in an Apple product.

Great watch and has served me very well. Very easy to set up with my iphone. I needed a few youtube videos to figure out how to set up the watch faces but generally pretty easy. Best buy is a great place to buy electronics, they really stand by their products and treat their customers very well. Two year apple care and warranties for all my products make my totaltech membership worth it (however, I sure am upset they cancelled the totaltech benefit of free delivery and installation)

AppleCare for 24 months is an excellent investment for anyone buying Apple products. It extends coverage well beyond the standard warranty and includes accidental damage protection, which really comes in handy. The support from Apple is top-notch—quick, professional, and easy to access both online and in-store. Knowing your device is protected for two full years gives great peace of mind and helps keep your tech running like new.
