Apple Care has turned out to be great. Two apple products, both needed repair, they were able to hook that up without an issue. Now, the "they" I'm talking about is Apple, not Best Buy. I'm not sure if it's the employees in my area or all over, but they seem to be lazy and not want to touch apple. I bought the devices from Best Buy, so I took them back to Best Buy for repair. I'm told they don't work on Apple and it has to be shipped OR take it to another BB that is Apple Certified. I went to a Apple Certified BB location and guess what, they said they don't work on Apple Products and it would have to be shipped. FINALLY got an appointment at an Apple store and guess what, they fixed it right on the spot. Even transferred all the data. So, Apple Care is good, just need to train BB how to work

Had Apple Care with my 6th generation iPad, and never had to use it. Wouldn’t have gotten my new iPad without it! Hoping I never have to use it!

My old tablet was on its ladt leg, and hsve immensely enjoyed the speed of my new ipad and love the cover. The young man that helped me was very helpful and so were two other guys at the coubter. Was a very noce experience.

It is worth a lot more than you could imaging. It includes appliance delivery and setup, which by itself is hundreds of dollars.

Apple Care is the best. They are there when you need them. Thankfully, I haven’t had to use them that often.

Honestly im a android user but all my family uses apple and all i can say about their warranty is one of the best of the best out there i do recommend this.
