    I love that I have this protection so that if any of the electronics I get have any issues I know I have people available that can diagnose and fix it for me

    I have been disappointed the last few times I used Geek Squad. I called 3 times in 2 days . My first experience consisted of me waiting for over an hour while the agent worked remotely on my computer and the problem was not fixed. I called back the next day and the agent prompted me to fix the problems on my own. When I told him those procedures were already done, he ended the session. when I reched out the third time, I disconnected from the service because no agent responded for over 15 minutes.

    I love BestBuy's protection. It is a must have for anyone that purchases a lot of tech from the store. It is an easy repair or replacement process whenever I have had things break down on me.
