Really amazing product, one of the best memberships around

There is no better way to protect your items purchased at Best Buy. Everything is covered with just one purchase.

I've had these for 11 months. My last use, i went to put them on my head and they snapped. The 1st guy said "I've seen this before, not what you want after a year of use. Go grab another pair and you'll get a full refund". When i came back, he was gone, 2nd lady said "oh, he didn't do this right... there's a $30 deductible". Turns out if they don't believe you and think it's malicious damage then they charge you... the picture is of the new ones i got though... happy with those.

Once again- just made another purchase here where they price matched so I got a great deal and the coverage! So happy with the pricing and ease of use. We love to use Best Buy because of the coverage. When we have had a problem, they were quick to fix and we didn't have to argue for it. They solidly stood behind their warranty. Worth it if anything goes wrong and you want a brick and mortar store to help!

I need alot of help getting around on my laptop. I was trying to figure out how to split my screen. After trying 3 times unsuccessfully a little box popped up and said something like "do you want to use the split screen feature? I love that it saw I was having problems and offered to help without my asking!!

As a small business owner, who is not very tech savvy, having this protection is a must. It saves me time and money. I also cannot say enough about the patient, efficient and personable the Geek squad.

I’ve had several items covered under Best Buy Protection over the years, and it’s definitely worth it. When something breaks or stops working, the claim process is simple and fast. They either repair it or replace it with store credit if it can’t be fixed. I’ve used it for a few different products, and it’s saved me a lot of hassle and money. It gives real peace of mind knowing my electronics are protected. Highly recommend adding it for anything expensive or used daily.

This is a great value. Took our computers in when they were giving us problems. I’ll continue to have the Best Buy protection.

I added this plan during checkout and haven’t had to think about it since. That’s a good thing—it’s just there in the background if I ever need it. The coverage feels solid and dependable. I’d buy it again for similar purchases.

I have had the Geek Squad yearly service program for many years. They are absolutely great. Byron at the store in Blakeney, Charlotte, is a genius at his profession. He has greatly helped me for any questions, etc. All of them are great. You cannot go wrong with getting their annual protection program.

this has been an absolute Godsend--I have had to turn in a couple of computers that had problems and the process was so smooth and NO WRANGLING whatsoever; one had to be sent to central Geek Squad remote location and I did get updates; good reminders about appts. Only drawback, which is NOT good, is that their "tech help" is off shore, sometimes in the PHillipines and one of THOSE techs actually told me she had only Windows 10!! Also, some rocket scientist exec decided centralize ALL CALLS so you CANNOT REACH YOUR LOCAL STORE AT ALL, not even bia a connection from Central number--they have to "message the store", not even yourself--ridiculous--EVEN ONE OF THE MANAGERS AT MY LOCAL STORE IS REALLY PUT OUT WITH THAT DECISION!! (the Peter Principle in full display!!) I would still, of course, do it.

This protection plan is very important, got me covered for anything that needs to be repaired.

Although this club membership isn't as comprehensive as it's previous version, it still remains the top club membership as for the number of incentives that the customer enjoys out of any other club membership provided from the likes of Cisco and Loes Hardware! Not even close!!
