So far so good with the exception of the speakers. I have separate speakers I can connect and that improves the sound. Otherwise, while watching an Amazon movie for example, the sound is pretty weak despite having the volume turned up all the way. BBY protection plan saved us big time when we had a home renovation. We had a wave of atmospheric river rains come through town and it made its way in thru our kitchen walls. We had to move all of our appliances out of the kitchen to allow for construction and after 5 months of work we finally had our kitchen back. When we went to connect our appliances our fridge and mini fridge weren’t working. We called BBY and they resolved everything for us. Our feidge was fixed and our wine fridge was replaced under warranty. They took the old wine fridge and sent out a new fridge. Thank you best buy!
