Great protection, definitely needed when you have kids, accidents happen!

In this day and age where electronics are manufactured and spit out and put on the shelves faster than you and I can link. Technology isn't what it used to be as far as quality getting a warranty system like Best Buy's total plan is by far a no-brainer. I am grateful for this #Warranty service and the perks that are given.

Worth every penny!! I had issues with a certain brand coffee maker. Had to exchange 3 times. Eventually, opted to choose a more expensive brand. Totally satisfied.

Best Buy's accidental protection plan is amazing. My 9 year old dropped her 2 in 1 and the screen cracked, the repair was quick and easy. They don't offer a loaner program but that is my only complaint, otherwise really fantastic experience. Then as fate would have it, the repaired device arrived and fell off the table when trying to connect a cord that was too short. Completely my fault but the screen cracked again. To my amazement Best Buy said my protection plan covers 2 accidental damages. We'll be more careful with this one. I'm also looking at getting a more protective case but not sure that's possible with my model.

I thought it's a good deal but BB still has not shipped and not sure if they will ship it. If they did not ship that would be very frustrating. This is really a good quality laptop.

Long time ego i had to used this guarantee and it was so good. They came to my house to exchange the tv for another brand new.

Definitely recommend you giving if you want protection on your stuff

I have to say I really like it. As a business owner, I just recently bought seven laptops and he makes sense for me to purchase it. Believe it or not two of the laptops HP Envy had some software issues, the famous blue screen of death. I took them in and pick them up next day with zero charge. I had one laptop that dropped from the carrying case and was dented and the screen broke. I was charge a small deductible to have it replaced with the original parts and it’s good to go, but this service goes way beyond this and I’m excited to take advantage of it all.

The Geek Squad is worth the price. I am not tech savvy, so when I have a problem with my computer I just make an appointment online with the Geek Squad and take it in. Less stress knowing the Geek Squad has my back and don't cost me anything for their advice or if it is simple to fix that it doesn't cost me an arm or a leg.

Very good protection plan at a great price. Coverage is very good as well. Seems to be easy to use. I have not had to use it yet. My product is working just fine.

Bought this for my son for college. Its perfect for school. Its powerful enough and quick enoigh for school work. It's not an over.powered gaming computer, but it is just rifht for daily work. The battery lasts about 4 hours when using it. Its ligjt enough to out in his bag and csrry to classes.
