Zae helped to make the transition to a new computer pain free! He took the time to help me understand the basics of the computer so that I was able to start right away when I got home. Can't say enough good things about him. All employees should be as friendly, patient and helpful as Zae.

Lukas helped us to set up a new desktop and laptop. He was great in helping us to learn to navigate the new devises and gave us tips in how to seamlessly hook up our printer to both new devices. Very friendly and customer service oriented to a couple of old non-tech savvy seniors.

We haven't needed to access the Geek Squad yet but decided to purchase the plans to cover all of our computers because we only want the best to help us if something goes wrong. They helped move the data from my parents old to new computers and set them up for success!

My last Sony LCD TV lasted 18 years, so I automatically stuck with a new updated Sony. Excellent picture, but the sound was better on my 18 year old tv, so I will be adding a sound bar to conplete the new update.

It sure is protection and csn help if you're clumsy which i am not so i did not need to use it.

Honestly, I think this is one of the most cool offers for warranty and protection for tech stuff. I can put so many of my tech purchases from Best Buy under this plan. I truly feel they put consumers first on this.

Get this protection plan leaves no room to worry about good quality products from Bestbuy, it takes worry out of your daily use gives freedom use products as intended.

The Geek Spuad was very helpful with my computer purchase. They performed the requested work in transferring file and explaining the product in a more than satisfactory way. The Spuad continues to live up to my expectations and prior experience.

These people exceeded my expectations in preparing my laptop. As first indicated, I expected to wait over the weekend, and a day or two into the following week to pick up my laptop. Instead, Geek Squad delivered on the very next day, a Saturday at that!!
