I needed a laptop fast to finish my online school. I had a similar Lenovo for 3.5 years without any problems, so I picked up this updated version. Easy setup, can use it immediately, fast with multiple windows open, and reliable. Pulled all my stuff off the cloud, that I previously saved. I have not been able to connect it with my very old Cannon printer. Love the light-up keyboard for late-night studying/work.

Bad at Face Recognition, Everything else Fantastico! Good screen, battery and very light weight, it might heat up a bit. Need to get used to using the track pad.

I love this laptop so much I bought two for me and my partner! The only issue would be having to upgrade the SSD to a 1 TB but that’s because I go to school and game on it. For those curious CoD MW2, Killing floor and other games I decided to upgrade the ram to make it stronger, it was still a lot cheaper than a 2,000 dollar laptop and matched it

Okay, confession time. My old laptop was about as exciting as watching paint dry. Every click was a groan, every load screen a mini-eternity. Productivity? Forget it. But then, I waltzed into Best Buy and met the HP Envy 2-in-1, and let me tell you, it's been love at first byte ever since.

Monthly Best Buy Protection (up to 24 mo.) SKU:6420449. It's a great addition especially with the purchase of a large ticket item. You are not only getting protection for the item bought at that time but everything you buy after that gets protected.

Most horrible piece of junk yet. I can't win with Windows laptops. Asus models die on me right after warranty. I guess thats a gold standard. It took me two hours to set this mess of a machine up only to have it reboot mid key stroke and throw an issue with bit locker and no recovery option worked so I have to factory reset it and wipe out all the setup I just did and do it again. Given I don't know what went wrong I have zero confidence in this device now. Once the factory reset is complete after God knows how many hours I will be watching that return window I have very closely and if it happens again it's getting sent straight back to best buy and as far as I am concerned can be trash compacted. What absolute garbage.

I absolutely love my Yoga Lenovo laptop! It exceeded my expectation's. The keyboard lights up and you can adjust the light, typing is swift and light, the apps upload and download real fast and the tools are so user friendly. The screen is big and clear to see and the laptop folds real easy.
