I am extremely pleased with my enrollment in Best Buy's monthly protection program! While I initially signed up just for the extended warranties, the real value is the complete peace of mind it offers. Knowing that my electronics are protected against accidental damage and technical issues is huge. When I did have an issue with a product, the claim process was simple and fast, proving the program works exactly as advertised. It's a fantastic investment if you buy a lot of tech and want genuine, hassle-free protection.

As promised, this Best Buy Protection program enabled me to received a credit when the laptop went on sale for Black Friday. Very easy, no hassle process. I brought the original receipt to the Customer Service desk, they verified the sale price vs. purchase price and credited my credit card.

Used the Best Buy Geek Squad to transfer all files and data from an old PC to a newly purchased one. Was included with the purchase of the best buy protection plan at no additional cost. Very effective transition to new PC, and now have protection for up to 2 years in case have any issues.

I had to use my protection service plan twice so for. Making an appointment was check and easy. Both times I was able to get an appointment the same day I called for help at the Burleson Store. The Geek Squad workers are extremely knowledgeable and very patient!

I don't know what I would have done without the Best Buy Protection - the techs even had a hard time getting my phone and computer up and running the way I wanted it to. The hardest thing was getting in touch with the Geek Squad - I had to go into the store!

We bought the membership when we bought a laptop. They moved everything over from the old laptop to the new and ensured everything worked correctly. We also received an extended warranty by purchasing this. Also is a great backup for when things don’t work correctly. Also covers other things that we buy from Best Buy.

I used Best Buy protection in the past with my old computer. I had to get information transferred from my old broken computer to the new one. They were able to retrieve the information even when the old computer would not stay on. I was so happy to not lose all my important files.

I got a Yoga 7 2 in 1. This is one the the best computers I have ever used. It is sleek, with a 10 key (which I needed). I had a bit of trouble at first but Geek Squad was super helpful. The workers helped me find exactly what I needed. They also advised me of all the benefits Best Buy. I saw the exact computer I bought go on sale, they gave me the difference. Yoga computers are amazing.

My previous laptop was destroyed accidentally going through TSA at the airport. Thankfully this protection plan covered the damage and allowed me to replace with a new laptop. This is a must for any significant purchase!

usually don't purchase the protection plan but this was worth every penny. the Geek squad transferred all my info from my old computer to new one and showed me all the new features on the computer i bought. peace of mind and knowledge are worth it. and i can set up another appointment if i have more questions .

I liked mine so much that I bought another one for a family member. I usually get my electronics from Best But because being able to pay it off over time interest free allows me to get what I need without added stress. The computer has a big screen, works fast, and if very versatile.

The Best Buy Yearly Protection Plan is a good price. The thing that is sometimes a problem, is that it's a long wait time to get your laptop device repaired (3-7 days).

Justin assisted me with my old laptop that had a swollen battery and it was a matter of time, that it would have blown up and done some serious damage. However, Justin was kind enough to let me way out my options and showed me some new laptops. I went ahead and purchased a new laptop, left my old one overnight to transfer my files and the next day my new laptop was ready. The experience with Justin and the Geek Squad Team was professional, efficient and smooth.

so worth it, my previous computer got damaged took it in to get looked at, it wasnt repairable for the parts so they gave me the same computer but this years model!!!

Excellent protection for all your techs such as cameras, computers, and phones etc. lots of great deals and prices drop consistently on average. if you don't have a protection, then what are you doing? you are missing out on all of those deals on tv and stuffs. Quickly, it is time to find yourself one.

Another great experience with the Geek Squad. I had a software glitch with my new Lenovo Laptop right out of the box (sleep mode didn't work properly). I brought it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad was able to trouble shoot and resolve the problem. All of the folks I dealt with were great. To a person they were knowledgeable, professional, committed to resolving the problem and also very nice. Hats off to the Geek Squad team!

The Best Buy protection plan is more than I was aware of. I hate spending extra money on expecting a problem within 2 years of the purchase. It’s great if you have a problem but it’s like betting against yourself or the product. The beauty of the Best Buy protection is that they will work on things you didn’t necessarily buy at that time or even from them. The service is excellent too. Very quick and professional. I had bought a laptop with features that were new to me and I scheduled an appointment with the geek squad and they help me set it up, the way I wanted it to be without all the independent research for each feature. There was no charge for this and they even helped me with a drone that I had bought private sale and although even they were stumped with the issue, they put in the time with no charge for this.
