This is an amazing plan; it not only covers your purchased item at the time but any time you purchase something more it adds it to your plan. How amazing is that. As promised, this Best Buy Protection program enabled me to received a credit when the laptop went on sale for Black Friday. Very easy, no hassle process. I brought the original receipt to the Customer Service desk, they verified the sale price vs. purchase price and credited my credit card.

Used the Best Buy Geek Squad to transfer all files and data from an old PC to a newly purchased one. Was included with the purchase of the best buy protection plan at no additional cost. Very effective transition to new PC, and now have protection for up to 2 years in case have any issues.

I really love my Best Buy protection plan. At first I thought, I’ll never use this, but boy was wrong. I think it was only a month later and I was using it. That was a couple of years ago now and I’m so thankful i have kept it.
