I like the fact Best Buy has 2-year protections that come with the items you buy. It really came in handy when a radio I bought went bad after a year and they took it back and I got another radio.

The geek squad is readily available and was easy to schedule and perform new and old laptop assistance: initial set-up, data and email transfer, old laptop data wipe, factory reset and recycle or trade-in, etc. The squad members are very helpful, knowledgeable and efficient as well as courteous and friendly.

Monthly Best Buy protection is always a good idea. For a small amount of money this will protect the product after the warranty expires. I have it on all my appliances I bought at Best Buy

I would highly recommend getting the protection when you purchase any appliance or other electronics. It is a great way to have a peace of mind that your product will not only get repaired but also if they have to, they will replace it. It is 100% recommended and I would say that it gives you peace of mind as I mentioned before.

As promised, this Best Buy Protection program enabled me to received a credit when the laptop went on sale for Black Friday. Very easy, no hassle process. I brought the original receipt to the Customer Service desk, they verified the sale price vs. purchase price and credited my credit card.

I love that my items are protected!! I don't have to worry about if I will be out a bunch of money if something it wrong with it and it doesn't work.

Used the Best Buy Geek Squad to transfer all files and data from an old PC to a newly purchased one. Was included with the purchase of the best buy protection plan at no additional cost. Very effective transition to new PC, and now have protection for up to 2 years in case have any issues.
