Another great experience with the Geek Squad. I had a software glitch with my new Lenovo Laptop right out of the box (sleep mode didn't work properly). I brought it back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad was able to trouble shoot and resolve the problem. All of the folks I dealt with were great. To a person they were knowledgeable, professional, committed to resolving the problem and also very nice. Hats off to the Geek Squad team!

Everyone was really friendly and helpful with any problems I faced. Hands down, this was truly the best protection plan that I have ever purchased.

Wouldn't be without this protection. We purchase it every year and have used it for repair and maintenance of our computers. We feel more secure for having it on our washer and drier.

I am disappointed in this purchase. When I purchased it there were many more reasons for having it. Years ago ,when I purchased it (it had a different name then), it covered any tech product (from BestBuy or not) without a fee to come to the house. Then the plan changed to only cover tech products purchased from BestBuy and any tech needs in the home meant a $50 travel fee--for each tech issue and you could only schedule one tech issue per trip out. I've largely been disappointed with the Geek Squad Services because I don't feel confident about their expertise and if there is any problem they can fix quickly (in 20 minutes or less), I have to leave my device--that's horribly inconvenient sometimes. About the only benefit is an extended warranty on any BestBuy product purchase and that applies only as long as the TotalTech Contract remains in force. When it terminates, so does the product extended warranty.

We have bought several items, computer, projector, keyboard and we love that they are fully protected. It is peace of mind, especially when you are purchasing high value items.

Good protection for a decent price, covers everything you buy. Already used it for a price match from last month. Already paying for itself!!

i considered its a good option for protection and security for the price, i dont need it for the momento but i felt most comfort having it

I had a good experience with one of your helpers.He helped me get a computer for my grandson birthday. My grandson loved it a lot because of all the things that he could do on there. It put a smile on my grandbaby's face if you could only see it.

I like being able to take my laptop in when needed. Considering all the strange things that can happen to any PC, it is wise to get coverage rather than worry about costly repairs or deciding whether to buy or replace when trouble arises.

We have been paying for the monthly Best Buy protection for well over a year and have nothing but excellent service. I have been able to resolve any issues online and not have to even go into the store. Highly recommend this service. We now purchase all of our electronics, phone, and appliances at Best Buy because this program is such a great deal. The only thing that would make it better would be if the warranties were extended for more than 2 years per product.

The service techs know what they are doing and they are friendly and very helpful. They’ve gone to extra mile helping to get me of of a ham - I highly recommend the Geek Squad!

Used the geek squad for advice and troubleshooting and we were very pleased with their knowledge and service! We will definitely use again. The only issue was with the timing of being seen when you have an appointment. Seems very disorganized with people without an appointment trying to jump ahead of those with appointments. They did not control the line well.
