As someone who's not exactly tech-savvy, I was hesitant about spending extra money on Best Buy's protection program when I bought my new laptop. But let me tell you, it's been worth every penny! Extended Coverage Beyond the Manufacturer's Warranty The manufacturer's warranty on my laptop only lasted a year, which flew by faster than I expected. Thankfully, Best Buy's protection plan kicked in right after that expired. Here are a couple of examples of how it saved me: Battery Replacement: About 18 months after I bought my laptop, the battery started dying super quickly. I was worried I'd have to buy a whole new computer! But nope - I took it to Best Buy, and they replaced the battery for free under the protection plan. What a relief! Keyboard Malfunction: Just over two years into owning my laptop, some of the keys stopped working. Again, Best Buy came to the rescue. They repaired the keyboard at no extra cost to me. I would've been lost without this coverage! Awesome Customer Service Every time I've had to use the protection plan, the folks at Best Buy have been super helpful. They explain things in a way that even I can understand, and they never make me feel dumb for asking questions. Peace of Mind Knowing that I'm covered for several years beyond the manufacturer's warranty gives me such peace of mind. I don't have to worry about sudden repair costs or being without my computer for long periods. Value for Money While it seemed like a bit of an expense upfront, this protection plan has more than paid for itself. Between the repairs and the stress it's saved me, I'd say it's been a great investment. If you're like me and not super confident with technology, I highly recommend getting Best Buy's protection program. It's like having a tech-savvy friend always ready to help you out!

The Geek squad has been wonderful to work with. I had a laptop problem that was thoroughly analyzed and the technicians were excellent at explaining to me the testing and meaning of results. i ended up getting a new laptop and they were helpful with picking out an appropriate one and then transferring all information to the new device. Over the past few years, I have relied on the geek squad to fix various issues that came up and they always understood what I meant and fixed it every time. A huge benefit is that they are available 24 hours/day.

I've been homeless for quite some time but now that I have my own apartment this past couple weeks I was sick and I brought my laptop in my bedroom and I accidentally spilled my soup on it and I went to Best buy and ask them for help and if I didn't have coverage I wouldn't know what to do I am very grateful that they've tried very hard to fix my laptop but now I'm being refunded to get another one I couldn't be more grateful and ready to learn the new one
