Totally amazing I bought our daughter a $1700 laptop for college - she accidentally dropped it and broke the screen and bent the frame - long drop Geek squad repaired it under my plan but when it arrived at the store the Geeks were not happy as the frame was still bent. They called me and told me to swing by and they replaced it with a brand new system. Amazing customer service Geek Squad!!!

Staff was very knowlegable and having this protection is a great peace of mind.

It did not work brand new out of the box. Waist of time going to pick it up just to not turn on. Complete garbage. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Protection plans have saved me many times in the past when something has broken or had something faulty on the inside like wiring, best buy's being one of the best I've had to use. Everytime I've had a problem with something like a headset or mouse they've been able to help me and get it replaced either same day with, within the week, or with a similar item around the same price. Best buy makes it very simple and fast when you have an issue and that's why I have always and will continue to purchase a protection plan whenever I buy a new electronic.

I had a cat jump on my table and knock over my sweet tea and you guessed it my hp gaming laptop was splashed and soaked to the gills. I had to try to dry it, but too late the damage was done. Well i was so mad!!! but, my wife reminded me that I had paid the extra 75 dollars for protection!!! what a relief! When I went to best buy they were sooooo nice and made me feel like I had done nothing wrong and really took care of me!!! Well worth it. I will never go without their protection again.

This protection has been so clutch! About 3 weeks ago, I was fooling around with a friend when they accidentally tripped over my ASUS gaming laptop. The screen had horizontal lines running down it, and a yellow hue on the side, making it hard to see my work on the laptop, even though it still worked. I bought the laptop from Best Buy Geek Squad that same day, and they shipped it off to get fixed immediately. I didn't have to pay any service fee. The customer service was amazing, I recognize the agent who helped me every time I go. I got my laptop back in two weeks, it was fully healed, and I feel like it came back even better than before. Also, this protection plan is cheaper than other options but offers more perks! It's definitely a win. I would 10/10 recommend this protection plan; you won't regret it.

Multi-task users, this is the laptop you’ve waiting for. I LOVE this laptop. It's fast, sturdy (especially the stand), light. Having 2 monitors, especially for work has been convenient and increased my productivity and efficiency. Zero complaints. Only note is that the pen doesn't have a carrying case, so it's annoying to carry around the tips and the pen but I don't use it everyday so it stays at home where I do my drawing.
