This protection has been so clutch! About 3 weeks ago, I was fooling around with a friend when they accidentally tripped over my ASUS gaming laptop. The screen had horizontal lines running down it, and a yellow hue on the side, making it hard to see my work on the laptop, even though it still worked. I bought the laptop from Best Buy Geek Squad that same day, and they shipped it off to get fixed immediately. I didn't have to pay any service fee. The customer service was amazing, I recognize the agent who helped me every time I go. I got my laptop back in two weeks, it was fully healed, and I feel like it came back even better than before. Also, this protection plan is cheaper than other options but offers more perks! It's definitely a win. I would 10/10 recommend this protection plan; you won't regret it.

Multi-task users, this is the laptop you’ve waiting for. I LOVE this laptop. It's fast, sturdy (especially the stand), light. Having 2 monitors, especially for work has been convenient and increased my productivity and efficiency. Zero complaints. Only note is that the pen doesn't have a carrying case, so it's annoying to carry around the tips and the pen but I don't use it everyday so it stays at home where I do my drawing.

Fantastic service. An employee was able to help me backup all of my save data onto a separate drive before handing my device in for repair. This saved me a lot of time after getting my device back because I didn’t need to reinstall all my software. In other words, I have nothing but positives to say about this service. Every time I have needed help, the employees always go above and beyond to aid me.

So far, every Geek Squad member who has helped us did a fantastic job. Although these young guys can be a bit Geeky, they really know their stuff, at least for the various computer technical problems I had. Our encounters were quick and productive. My wife bought a new iPhone 17 and the conversion from her old iPhone Xs only took 20 minutes. And the new iPhone has worked flawlessly since.

The protection i got was worth it, brought my computer in, and they looked into it and made sure it was working and because of the protection i got with my computer, i didnt have to worry about getting charged, and they were friendly as well.

Best Buy protection is amazing and I won't go without it again. They're great and take care of me any time I have an issue. I've built my own computers in the past and always took care of the little hickups myself but now I'll just take it up to my local BB and drop it off and they do the rest.

This ensures all your products are covered, Best (buy) of all? I don’t need to keep track of my reciepts to have my warranty validated. They do the bookkeeping for me plus that new 80” TV you’ve eyeballing and then a drone to have fun outside or do business with; you have them both in one payment. My drone hit a power line and getting a new one was a breeze.
