Oh my goodness! When I set up everything and connected pc to monitors, keyboard, and mouse. I double-checked all wires in the pc and looks good to me. I turned it on and it’s running nicely. But the monitors aren’t responsive with via display port cables. Called the tech support and tried to work on it together via remote video. The problem remains unsolved. They recommended me to send it over to them for repair and will take up to 14 days. Absolutely no! I’m returning this faulty product. I mean, the components around 4080 Super GPU and AMD Ryzen 9 9900x CPU are pretty cheap and bound to face some technical issues. I highly recommend to not buy this product! Go to manufacturers websites or micro center to use their quality components especially you need a quality motherboard to support powerful GPU and CPU.

I bought this computer recently and was honestly very surprised. Since I turned it on, it feels super fast, all charging in seconds and not getting stuck at all, even using multiple programs at the same time. It is used for both work and entertainment, and in both cases it works excellently. The games run smoothly, with high graphics and no lag, and it has also helped me edit and do heavy tasks without any problems. Another thing I really liked is that it's quiet and doesn't heat up like other computers I've had before. The design also looks modern and of good quality. Overall, it's a super powerful and reliable computer. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good performance and speed. It's totally worth it.

I bought the iBUYPOWER - Element Pro Gaming Desktop PC-AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D first because it's cheaper, but it came so cheap and look different from the advertisement photo. But after looking around and since I wanted to buy 9800X3D with RTX graphic card for gaming, this build I would ROG have done a beautiful buiuld. Gaming so smooth, the PC looks beatufil and really worth every penny you put into buying this PC.

When you east expect something to happen, thats when things happen absolutely worth the investment. Better to land not need than to need and not have.

If you have a big family or even someone in college. This membership is worth it in every way. You get 2 months to return something if you don’t like it, you get protection for everything for 2 years including AppleCare and just apple care alone is usually more than this membership for the whole year so if you upgrade every 2 years or like buy consoles, tvs etc this membership is worth your time.
