Best gift received. Although I love the feel of a physical book, the kindle is the best for book readers. I can carry it with me on the go and it’s very lightweight.

I love to read and love the Amazon fire tablet. This one was purchased as an upgrade from my last amazon tablet which was a little smaller and I couldn't be happier.

Best investment to make, especially if you have several devices.. the cost pays for it self. This plan has helped my business out several times with support via online and in person. I have had unfortunately bought a couple of lemon products that I was able to return past 90 days with no problem.

We bought this so my wife doesn't have to carry around heavy books and can read at night while we are on the road. The light from it doesn't interfere with my driving as much as other devices. My wife is amazed at how long the battery last. It's been a great device for us.

Having the protection plan gives piece of mind, we purchase alot through bestbuy and having the protection plan is a must. We have purchased many many tablets from bestbuy for our smart home displays and having the protection plan is a must for electronics these days!

I think the total tech monthly plan is a bit of a rip-off in ways as many benefits like a longer than 15 day return window should be for all customers like it use to be. Another observation is you are expected to use the manufature warranty first which is often 1 of the 2 years Total Tech covers. So how much are you getting really for your $180/year? Our Sam's Club Plus membership costs $70 LESS annually and offers 3 year warranty on some big $ electronics (e.g. tvs), 2 years on appliances I've shopped for (e.g. washer) and 2 years on laptops. Sam's Club Plus also has a 90 day return policy on most items vs 60 day for Best Buy Total Tech. That said, we still have our Total Tech protection since they have more options, more brands available, it applies to discounted open boxed items and includes some smaller items such as headphones. This all brings the value up a little. I'll end by saying the big question mark is what experience we will have once we have to use the total tech warranty. I haven't used anything but the manufacture's warranty process so far, so I hope theres no hassle if I have to go through BB. All-in-all I reckon it is still worth having if you buy a significant amount of items from BB like my family of 7 does.

Great Tablet for the little ones. Built tough and have been intensely tested for the pass year by a very aggressive toddler without any issues. My granddaughter jumped on it and still working great. It's very responsive and faster then I expected it'll be for the price. I believe it's faster then any $200 Chrome Book.

Perfect tablet for my 8 year old. It's user friendly and it comes with amazing features. My daughter loves to watch amazon kids and to read books. My daughter struggles with reading, so it's important that she can take her time and go back if she needs to. The best part is that I can police the tablet from anywhere lol
