Best Buy is the best thing Going Out there as far as understanding and being able to buy things and make sure that they are covered when you buy them. I have no worries about the things that I buy because of the total Tech care that I have, you don't wanna have to worry about what you bought when you buy it even though it's new it can still go wrong because it was man-made. You can be sure that if you buy something from Best Buy and you have the total tech protection it's gonna be taken care of.

I highly recommend the Best Buy Protection Plans. They are great; if there are any issues with your devices or purchases, there are no questions asked. They make good on their promise and replace the product.

Works so good no problem at all.For the first time My daughter has not complained about it. The last tablet I got her she would complain all the time that it was too slow or she didn’t like it. Not with this one thank God.

This Samsung tablet is super thin, lightweight and fast! I absolutely LOVE this tablet and it is very user friendly for even the novice user. Highly recommend to everyone! Screen resolution is outstanding!

I’ve had this Kindle after having several other models over the years. The adjustable backlight and reduced blue light is appreciated. A Kindle Paperwhite handle makes it easier to avoid accidentally changing pages while hold it in bed. I purchased this one as a gift for my girlfriend after she said that her iPad worked “just fine” with the Kindle app. Now she really appreciates her Kindle.

The Best Buy Protection Plan is superb. We have already used it on a product and we received excellent customer service and they 100% honored the plan in a way that benefited my family. We have been Total Tech Members for years because of their service to us.

What can you ask for better than this? The 2-year protection plan is worth the price of my Total Membership. The great added benefit is that my purchase is recorded online so I do not have to keep up with an easily loseable paper receipt. I can now rest with the confidence that my Galaxy Tab will be working (or replaceable) over a 2-year period.

Good laptop. It did damage after a few months but I had the total protection plan and Best Buy helped me

Came in handy recently when I had a pair of Bose headphones break. Walked in the store, let them know they were broken, and within 5 minutes I was leaving with a brand new pair free of charge!

I got the tablet for a 9yo’s schooling of course I bought the protection.

They work just like they should. Great product for your money.
