I wanted a tablet for a while, specifically a Samsung tablet and this one is the best, I like the size of the tablet and since I bought a cover it is very easy to take anywhere.

This is a life saver for me. The tablet is the perfect size. Priced extremely well. Cases for traveling were well priced and the variety was excellent.

If you read daily youll love this product. Light weight and easy to use. Can't get away! It's not cheap but worth every penny.

It's just a protection plan. It's been good in the past. If I didn't have so many Best Buy products it wouldn't pay. But it's peace of mind.

I always get the protection plan as a member. It has paid for itself numerous times.

I am writing a review because nowhere on my signed into BestBuy on line account portal can I send BestBuy a message, about my terrible geek squad attempted service today (4Oct24) that how much they value my business no place to communicate, no guts they want to address and issue directly with a customer !!!!! I have had two interactions with my very expensive, over $ a year, annually renewed Geek Squad plan. One “service Call “was very positive, with great solution, fully met expectations , best outcome. The 2nd was today the 4th Of October 2025. Two years into my total membership plan/coverage. I had a simple problem that became very cumbersome with the ridicules phone bot/AI interaction automated answering my call to the general #, which could not understand my needs and incessantly asked stupid questions before finally sending me to an actual agent that was to help with my technical computer issue. Then the disappointment and dissatisfaction started. I live near Pittsburgh, Pa. Born n raised un the US. Served in the US ARMY for 4 years. 73 years old, and not a computer expert. The agent who answered, Anthony, would not tell me what part of the word he was in , but he spoke with an accent that was offensive to me. But I was patient, explained my problem, he was unaware that windows/Microsoft was allowing windows 10 users to sign up (and pay) for another 12 months of support. That was cause for my concern as to the safety for letting this agent into my computer. I do with limited asceses then he did not know what to do handed me off to someone halfway across the world who would not call and talk to me on my phone and explain what she was doing. I have to use the dialog box, well that broke down when she tried to start another remote session when there was already one open, RED FLAG. The tried to hide the session in my tool bar and would not let me override and keep it on ,my desktop. The she wanted to open Google Chrome that I have disabled on my computer cause all they want to do is profile and steal our search history, so I shut the power off to my computer to end the session I had no other way. Whan, I stated it back up, somehow, the Log-Me-In session still was active RED FLAG. Then the foreigner called me, I told her, must explain what she was doing and guess what/ she hug up, no call from her or anyone else from the Geek Squad. Hosw’s that for service ZERO STARS BestBuy you failed ! I’ll try to speak to someone in the USA tomorrow. Disgusting service

Never know when you l'll need it! But when you do it there. Buy it!

Finally, a tablet that has a great screen, brightness, and battery life. I am an avid e-book reader, and I love this tablet's features.

This plan is a keeper, one of the reasons a purchased it is because I needed Bestbuy to install my TVs on the wall of my house. The protection is second to none with new purchases. That is why I continue to purchase from BestBuy because all my purchases are covered. Also, I recieve discount on my purchaes.
