I don't always by protection plans, but when I do it's because I'm being smart.

I was presently surprised that this was included with the purchase and was automatic,I though I was going to have to buy this on top of it. Its a great plan too! This is why I buy now only at Best Buy.

Bought it for the gf for a Christmas gift. I use it more than her these days but it us amazing! I love the feel of writing on it. It has a lefthanded mode that makes it great for the gf! I cant wait for the next model

I love Best Buy, if I am not happy with what I buy, they will return it, or exchange it, even if I open it, when I return it before the time period of return. Their insurance is great! if my electronics breaks, they will fix it or give me a new one. They are friendly and put the costumer first, I will buy here any time ill Great costumer service!

Love my ear phones they stay in your ear and cancel out all other noises love them

This is a beautiful Kindle with the emerald green casing. It took some time figure to out all it had to offer but this is an amazing reader! I’m still discovering new features. Being able to write in it and make notes in the books I read is fabulous. The back lighting is perfect so I can always see even in the bright sun.

We love the protection plan. It is amazing with a recommend to anyone who is looking to buy something.

Let me just say that Best Buy Total membership is worth it! You get special offers , Geek squad services and hands down the best product warranty in the business! I have taken advantage of my Total membership to the fullest and have not been disappointed once. Highly recommend esp if you love shopping at best buy!
