The service is great. The people are really knowledgeable. My only complaint is trying to get through on the phone, nearly impossible. You can only talk to the robot who can ask certain questions.

I was skeptical at first, but getting the extended warranty, even AppleCare, included on every single device is pretty invaluable. There are significant member only price differences. Last, but not least, you get extra coupons as well. Best Buy will also match their price if an item goes on sale within the warranty. And this extends the warranty by 30 days.

I like having a tablet. Much easier to carry around than a laptop. Good to take to meetings and traveling. I use it often for editing photos. I wish the back of it weren't so slick. I dropped it shortly after I bought it. Battery drains even when it's just sitting and not being used. I got a deep discount because I bought it "open box." I've only had it a month. I don't know all the things I might use it for. The cover and tablet stand I got make it awkward to use with them. I only use it sitting at a desk.

Love this tablet. Graphics & sound quality are amazing. Tablet is easy to navigate & very user friendly. Only change I’d make, the power button isn’t up to par. Having to push two buttons simultaneously never works the first, second or third time. I literally have to put everything down & concentrate on pressing both fingers simultaneously to power down the tablet. If you only get one button, there’s 5 steps to get you back to powering it down.

I went for it and I'm glad I did. Got money back plus help from the Geek Squad.
