I have Best Buy Geek protection plan on just about everything I have purchased from BB. When my computer went down because of the plan I was able to get it looked at without putting more money getting it fixed. When my Samsung watch was not working properly and BB was unable to fix it they replaced my watch with the same one since it was still under their protection plan. You would be nuts if you didn't purchase their plan,

Does a very good job at keeping up with me while I write. Screen texture is very nice, and screen brightness is perfect. The style of the pen and how it works is really cool! The only thing I would change is how much the screen flashes when changing.

IF we hadn't purchased this program we would have had to purchase a new tv within 1 1/2 years. The Geek Squad tech that came out to install our new tv was fabulous! Adjusted everything and we are thankful for the Protection Plan. Definitely recommend!

I enjoy my Kindle, the ability to adjust the brightness which makes it easy to read during the day and at night.

I was worried about whether this could do what I wanted when I bought it. I am working on a doctorate and needed a tablet to let me read PDFs and write notes on them. This does that in spades, and SO MUCH MORE! It has a long battery life and great screen quality; it's very light compared to the smallest computer, yet more powerful than my laptop! In fact, it can even act as my laptop if I need it to. Movies? Oh, yeah! Games? Well, I don't know about that as I only play games on my phone or on X-Box. But, for 99% of folks out there, this is a dream come true. Yes, spend the money!

It has changed a lot from what it used to be. It is very expensive and does not offer a lot of protection anymore. It has helped me few times especially when the product was still under the old plan. Time will tell.

I definitely love the Samsung line of products because of the quality of the build and how the product line still works seamlessly together.

If you are weary of adding protection plans like I am, don't be when it comes to Best Buy. They provide the best protection coverage you'll find. I had a total loss on a computer recently. It was my fault. I accidently left my laptop on the roof of my car and found it run over and destroyed later. They provided me with store credit which covered the entire purchase price. If you're buying anything of value, don't even think about it... add the Protection Plan. It just saved me over $1,000.

This is a huge benefit being a total tech member. Saves me 150 a year on each of my families iPhones.
