The monthly protection plan is great if any issues wont charge just to diagnose any issues. And many items are covered or discounted to fix. Geek squad always very helpful.

It has not broken yet. It's been 6 months since i bought it. Very sturdy and reliable.

Any major purchase through Best buy I always use the protection plan had an issue with a Sony TV Sony would do nothing had a few pixels burnt out Sony told me it had to be 10 or more before they were doing anything Best buy took care of everything that's why you need to use the protection plan.

Have used it multiple times & has saved me money. Worth the annual fee. Recommend it & have no more to say, but have to use 50 characters at least for a review, but sometimes you don't need to say much about a product that is good.

I wish it could read picture books and show illustrations in color.

I use this thing every single day. It isn't the same as a real book but the battery life is longer than I expected and the screen feels almost like a dense paper which is neat. My husband convinced me to buy this since I read so many books and space is limited. Easily connects to app so you can also buy books from kindle.

Whenever I purchase anything electronic I get it from Best Buy and it's worth getting the membership because, as I recently found out, that life happens and things go wrong. I made the mistake 2 years ago and didn't get the coverage, and life, known as pets, got under my feet and the dog, cat and me with a tablet fell down 3 steps and the screen cracked. So never again will I make the same mistake again

My wife has loved this and will forever have one of these moving forward.

I love my tablet. I do alot with it, also take pictures. I pictures are an amazing, it's such like samsung phones. Also it connects on my wifi with no problems at all. when I travel I could connect to any wifi with no problems. Best choice of purchasing!

wow !! the best plan ever to come from best buy. this has saved me so much money already from getting my 8k tv worked on, to changing out SSD on 2 of my laptops- all for free under this paid plan... ive switched to buying everything electronic at BB now as anything i buy gets covered automatically - exceptional

Always read hard back books. A gift from my kids stayed in box for about 1 1/2 years until covid hit. Now, I wouldn't trade it for anything. Love it. With amazon unlimited, I've been able to read so many new authors

Great that I don't have to worry about my Best Buy purchases being covered when the unexpected occurs. I believe it is valuable if you purchase most or all of your technology from Best Buy.
