One of the best features of my Best Buy membership is knowing i I have additional warranty coverage and geek squad available. I'm glad I purchased it.

I love my tablet. It has a large viewing area and sharp images. It does freeze occasionally even though my storage is 16%. Don't know what's up with that. Other than that it's great.

We bought this for our son to use in college. He absolutely loves it. Easy to use, very lightweight, very portable and professional looking. Transfers everything great.

I am glad to have the protection service, It definitely gives me a piece of mind. There are also additional savings, you just have to make sure your signed in for them to apply.

The monthly protection plan is great if any issues wont charge just to diagnose any issues. And many items are covered or discounted to fix. Geek squad always very helpful.

This tablet was a life saver on my long flight to Maldives. Battery life, picture and sound work wonderfully.

Any major purchase through Best buy I always use the protection plan had an issue with a Sony TV Sony would do nothing had a few pixels burnt out Sony told me it had to be 10 or more before they were doing anything Best buy took care of everything that's why you need to use the protection plan.

Mother loved the device easy for her to use she’s not tech savvy

I use this thing every single day. It isn't the same as a real book but the battery life is longer than I expected and the screen feels almost like a dense paper which is neat. My husband convinced me to buy this since I read so many books and space is limited. Easily connects to app so you can also buy books from kindle.

Have used it multiple times & has saved me money. Worth the annual fee. Recommend it & have no more to say, but have to use 50 characters at least for a review, but sometimes you don't need to say much about a product that is good.

Whenever I purchase anything electronic I get it from Best Buy and it's worth getting the membership because, as I recently found out, that life happens and things go wrong. I made the mistake 2 years ago and didn't get the coverage, and life, known as pets, got under my feet and the dog, cat and me with a tablet fell down 3 steps and the screen cracked. So never again will I make the same mistake again
