I Love this Protection plan! It definetly gives me peace of mind when purchasing something from best buy knowing im covered if anything happens, i feel like the price is fair especially if you purchase Apple Products or expensive products as it is.

We purchased this protection plan the first month they offered it. It is a lifesaver! We have 3 large tv’s in our home (each over 70 inches). Two of them have had issues arise with sound boards and connectivity. With this plan we got the geek squad to come to the house and fix one issue, the other issue was not fixable so the protection plan gave us a credit to use on a new tv. We have used the in store service for smaller things also. Problems with a computer, a cell phone and a Dyson fan. They are always courteous and friendly.

Having protection on recently purchased electronics is so great. Thankfully I don’t need to worry about worry about paying monthly. Less time consuming and cheaper

Best service I have ever received. I have been shopping Best Buy for 25 years and the staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help. I always choose products that are more much more expensive and with their knowledge point me in the right direction every time couldn’t be much more happier.

It has been wonderful so far returned a couple of different headsets that didn't meet the uses I needed them for and got new ones without an issue they even refunded the difference on a more expensive after trading in.

With any purchase something can go wrong and noone knows until it happens. Do not let it catch you off guard. Have this on standby and enjoy knowing you will be taken care of with the excellent customer service and coverage.

This insurance was the best thing I could buy! Very worth it! Seriously I have kids and this insurance makes it worth buying expensive game systems!
