I really do love the most when I buy things from Best Buy with the geek squad of the warranties of everything I get I really do like this the most when I buy a product or anything from Best Buy that it always has better coverage of warranty thank you so much geek squad

Best buy provides pretty good coverage of things, and their online chat is helpful. At times, they made small instances a huge pain, or I would have given them 5 stars.

Needed some inexpensive televisions for kids / guest bedrooms so took a shot on TCL - Within 10 months all three TV's failed - Since everything was under warranty we went to TCL customer service - Came to find out CR reports a 50% failure rate on this model TCL TV and the Better Business Bureau has page after page of complaints on TCL customer service After a month of running in circles with TCL Customer Service with ZERO success we went to BestBuy - They had a tech out who confirmed the TCL TV failure and ordered replacement parts - Initially the replacement parts sent by TCL were also bad but after three attempts got one TV working .... confirmed one TV was beyond repair and gave us a full credit for a replacement ... 3rd TV is still being repaired BestBuy has been terrific and the tech was knowledgeable and did a great job - If not for BestBuy TCL would have ignored three dead TV's all under warranty

Im worry free with Bestbuy protection. I have tablets, 4 Tv's, cell phone, 2 dvd players and Im going to continue to add to the list. Its great to have. You cant beat it.
