Well worth the money for peace of mind and coverage on your expensive electronic purchases. After 6 month our xbox elite controller stopped connecting to the computer. We took it in and they handed us a store credit for a brand new one. No hassle, no interrogation, just replaced it.

Other employees ignored us. Therefore we almost missed out on this feature..I'm so glad your employee Matt Miguel made it right making sure he went back for our previous purchases and made sure we received this important feature.

I really love the fact that it covers all my purchases. And if you are a movie person who buys 4k movies you receive a better price than advertised on the purchase. The protection sells itself way better than the manufacturer warranty. No hassle when you need your item repaired or replaced.

So far I’ve only used this service once and I am very pleased with the customer service and the turn around of the repair. Also appreciate the fact that I was not interrogated about why the camera broke.

I decided to try the Totaltech for a year. What a great value. Since I always buy my laptops, printers, TVs, etc. at Best Buy it has really paid off. I had my money's worth in the first two months just on cleaning up and reformatting my older laptops. (I have 5) So glad I gave it a try.

I got Total Tech as part of a bundle when I purchased appliances. It's been helpful so I'm keeping it. Best Buy is competitive with pricing and I like having a physical store to check items out. They're surviving the shift to online shopping and I like to support them.

This is a good deal, you can have a good protection on all your products for a good price

The total tech membership is expensive. I do wish it was at least half the price, but it does have its perks. Extended return policy is convenient, protection for all electronic devices gives peace of mind. Only wish this extended to graphics cards. They're so expensive and this doesn't seem to apply.
