The Best Buy protection plan is affordable and effective. It apply to everything I purchase.

Perfect fridge for my kitchen. The french door make it easy to place large items inside. The lower freezer allows for easier access to the main fridge area. Only negative is that the fridge only has a single ice maker. Would have preferred a second in the freezer.

I keep buying this. Year after year. It does take care of me. I buy a lot of video game systems and here and there one of the buttons seems to drift off. Best Buy would take care of it for me no problem.

The Frigidaire 20 cu. ft. Upright Freezer has worked flawlessly since purchasing it in November 2024, about 6 months prior to this review. We are very happy and extremely satisfied with our Upright Freezer.

I like the idea of having extra insurance on everything

Worth the money! The warranty plans are incredibly helpful if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, tech doesn't seem to last long these days so this is a must for me.

If we do not renew it certain time period, the warranty you get is limited. With total protection plan if one plans to have an extended warranty, it is expensive. If you want to transfer the warranty to a new buyer, it does not make financial sense as it requires total prorection plan that cost around $179 per year

Buys you peace of mind but it is a little expensive insurance. Major appliances should be guaranteed to last at least 10 years and we shouldn't have to supplement their warranty. So this Protection works well for that. It should cover the LG refrigerator compressor fiasco since you still have to pay expensive lagor when the LG Linear Compressor goes bad in about 5 years like it did on my 2018 LG fridge.

Best Buy has the best protection plan service I've ever used with a company. It's great being able to drive down to a Best Buy and getting immediate solutions on my protected purchases. Would recommend to anyone.

I am so thankful I bought the Geek Squad Totaltech Membership! I purchased the membership when I bought a new dishwasher. Never thought I'd be using the service until I needed lots of their technology help when I bought a new computer. And every time I scheduled an appointment help with Microsoft - Office Home & Business 2021 configuration the team was very helpful and courteous and did not charge for their services! (Had lots of issues setting up the Outlook accounts.) I felt relieved to know that my equipment is in good hands which took a lot of stress off me. Could not have gotten as far as I am today without them!

My refrigerator started leaking water and the freezer wasn't getting cold enough. I called Best Buy to schedule a service call because I was still within the warranty window. They scheduled a service tech to come to my residence in a couple days to fix the problem. Excellent customer service!

I love my new refrigerator. It looks sleek. Keeps the items inside perfectly cooled. It’s large and holds a lot of product. The best part of my purchase from Best Buy is the ease of purchasing through them and their delivery personnel. I never have any problems and am always happy.
