Lovely fridge. Lots of room. I love having the freezer drawers! They hold a lot plus they accommodate larger size food items. The inside water dispenser is really nifty plus it keeps the front of the unit clean.

Very satisfied, this product replaced my samsung and has been working very well.The water filters are less expensive to replace and last longer Very satisfied.

Not great for apple products from the Rockwall location. I was told multiple times to go to the Mesquite location for an apple product with this couple covered under the total TECH protection, which doesn’t make sense to me if I bought it from this location why I would have to go to another location.

Very good fridge but inside storage space is a little lesser than we would have liked. But overall fantastic.

Good value, much easir to find things in the freezer than our old bottom drawer freezer. Shelves are easy to move around, easy on cleaning and different heights of foodstuff. As a bonus, the delivery, installation, instructions and take away of our old unit was well done.

My wife told me that when one appliance died in our kitchen, we were getting all new appliances. So when our dishwasher broke down this year, I did everything to revive that sucker. Alas, much to my chagrin, we found ourselves researching new appliances and Samsung set we found at Best Buy was the best value we could find. This side by side refrigerator replaced a French&door model, which I was initially against. However, I was pleasantly surprised that I don't miss the old one. After a few months, I have no complaints, everything works as it should, and the added feature of a working ice maker is just a cherry on top. My only complaint is not having adjustable shelves, but not much of a complaint if you ask me.

Absolutely love this fridge. The sneak peek door is very handy. Keeps everything cool and frozen like it should. Love the ice plus feature as well to increase the ice production for the day.

Wish the employees knew more about the protection plan. Was given false information!
