The protection plan comes free with membership, and even though we haven’t needed it yet, it gives us peace of mind after buying all new appliances and home electronics.

A must for phone screen protectors. Used it to replace my iPhone screen protector several times. Easy to use. Buy once and go to the store if your phone protector is cracked or chipped.

So far we are really enjoying our new refrigerator. It’s so spacious and the lighting is well placed so things don’t get too lost in the back. The temperature is even and our fruits and vegetables seem to have a longer life these days. Some of the parts feel a little flimsy, and a small piece in the freezer has chipped off which I am trying to get addressed. Also, the water to ice choice mechanism on the door seems unnecessarily “complicated”, but generally it’s a nice fridge and just the look alone has made our kitchen feel updated.

This refrigerator is amazing. The temperature goes down to 34°. It has an app that keeps you notified if the door is left open and what the temperature is, you can change the temperature from your app. The top drawer is big and we use it for putting all our pop in, the bottom drawer is the freezer and it has an added storage space to put more items in. The stainless is beautiful and the ice maker and water dispenser works excellent. I do buy the Samsung water filter to keep the water purified. The app and the refrigerator let you know when it’s time to change the filter. You can buy an off-brand, but I do stick with the Samsung. The refrigerator itself is big and spaces. We can put a lot of food in it. We had Best Buy deliver the refrigerator and move our old refrigerator out to the garage. After installation we noticed a very small ding on the bottom drawer after the delivery guys left. I called Best Buy and they didn’t replace the drawer, they replaced the whole refrigerator. Now that’s what I call Customer Service. Best Buy service is excellent and I’m so glad we went with them.

I love my new fridge. It is sleek in style, the depth, the lighting, the storage space on the doors, the drawer, the freezer size, the ice options, temperature choices, everything, absolutely everything in this fridge I love!

Love this item - without the water in the door. Freezer on the bottom is great and the shelves on the two side by side doors are very deep - I can really put a lot in them, giving me much more room and visibility.

So far, fingers crossed have not had to have BB come and fix anything. However, I have used the 60 day retune policy once that was past 30 day normal limit. Also, I have used the geek squad a couple of times.
