This is my dream refrigerator! Love the knocking on the door feature to see what's available on the door. LG made this refrigerator easy to clean, adjust shelving, and maintains temperature well. It has plenty of space, and allows me to be organized. I really like the reminder for the filter change and having the ability to increase ice production for parties is so convenient. Best Buy installers did a wonderful job bringing it through to the kitchen and reviewing all the workings of the refrigerator! I also purchased this during a really good sale!

Iv had this for over 4 years and it makes warrenty on items super easy! If you buy alot of electronics as in consoles, Apple products, even tooth brushes you get warrenty automatically! And iv used it plenty if times woth out any issues!

You hope you never need it, but when you do, totally worth it. I had to return a TV and the process was smooth, no questions asked. The staff made it easy and stressfree. Honestly, it’s that kind of experience that makes you want to buy protection every time. Total peace of mind.

Horrible customer services. They tell you one thing to get you to purchase the refrigerator and once it is delivered everything go down hill. One person tell you what they sold you in the store you won't get your refrigerator installed. I made a visit to the store to find out for sure if my refrigerator will be installed. Manager stated we will have a third party come out and they will install. That person didnt even come to the house he called and said he stopped by the store and was told what was going on and he stated they just told you anything just to get you out the store we don't install like that. I returned the refrigerator in which i paid over half in cash but wont get my full amount back plus it will take 7 to 15 days to get refunded. A check will be mailed to me. Plus i was charged for the refrigerator they couldn't install after selling me a kit that they couldn't use. I was told maybe i could find the part at Lowes. I tried calling the corp office, complaint office and all numbers i could find. This was the second incidents that happen to me in a few weeks. The first was in the Geek department rude and very unprofessional. I called and complained about that individual. I just wonder if i originally had a problem with a supervisor in the Geek department and a week or so later the department i had to go through was the Geek department. I wonder if this was a connection. Customer service at Best Buy is TERRIBLE. I use to love Best Buy but over the years something have changed! Once they have your money you have to solve your own problem to be able to use it. By the way i loved the refrigerator i just don't have the skills to install it.

Received my LG SS French Door Smart Refrigerator yesterday and I love it! I have the LG washer & Dryer purchased in 2020 and it's been the best product so far, so decided to go with all LG appliances. Have not used the ice dispenser yet since there is a 48 hr. wait-time. Love the Instaview feature and the connection plug is on the top! Can't wait until the rest of the appliances are connected.

Loving my new frig. This is the 2nd one. The first frig had issues with the ice maker and then started to leak. One of the main reasons I bought this model was the type, 4 doors, and the size. I needed the right width to fit where it was to be placed. When the delivery people came and got the defective frig and put the new one in place, they couldn't have been more helpful and nice. Almost right away, I started having problems with the ice maker. Got in touch with Best Buy and they had Samsung send a repairman. He was amazing and I haven't had any problems since. Love my Samsung products. Just about all my tech is Samsung and I will continue to replace my appliances with the same. Sure the 1st frig went bad, it happens, but Best Buy and Samsung stood behind their product and got me squared away.

This is a good thing to have anytime you buy a new product always get extended warranty care most places give 6 months to a year warranty and then something goes wrong and you have to pay extra for for service call and to get your product fixed

I recently purchased this LG refrigerator, I am delighted. My old refrigerator seems like a dinosaur compared to the new LG. I love the custom ice cube maker and the top freezer drawer, which is a convertible drawer, meaning if you don't want to use it as a freezer, you can select the option to use as another refrigerated section, awesome!
