We had our other side by side KitchenAid refrigerator for 19 years and loved it! Unfortunately, it died so we had to buy a new one. We got the same exact KitchenAid side-by-side refrigerator, but just the newest model. We absolutely love it! We use the built-in wine rack to hold our water bottles. Love the interior lights, and the updated icemaker!

I always say if you want nice things in life keep them nice and Best Buy does just that they off protect that’s true and hassle free. Don’t take my word for it purchase one sometime and you find out you iteam is protected. Recommend

BB stands behind your purchases with them, and even after the installation (okay, installation took place 2 mths after purchase - they DID deliver as promised, vs. some companies that send you delay notices). The appliance already has a one year general, and 10 yr on Compressor, but good to know easy things that go up, notoriously like the ice maker are covered. . . and we are sure to be enjoying this appliance that is "on" 24/7 and needs to be reliably covered.

Like this headset because i can wear it atou nd my neck and not worry about losing it.

We have this fridge for 6 months now & did not have any problems with it! I love the family hub! I can watch TV & listen to music while cooking through it, post notes & reminders for the family, & we can even see who is at the door through the Ring app. The beverage center is also an amazing feature! Highly recommended!

Unfortunately some items we have purchased have had a problem or two. We have now used our extended warranty. Service was good and reasonably prompt. It's nice to know that someone knowledgeable can address any problems we might encounter.

This is great fridge with a lot of high tech and convenient features.

The Total membership protection is in general good. What I complain is about the Customer Service. I purchased many items and major appliances. One of them, a Dishwasher looked to be good, but after a complex installation and the sticker removal, we found it had a door bent at the bottom right corner plus an indent. The total membership cover an appliance return within 60 days. I made contact with a Customer service without success 4 days before the expiration. They told me to call later and I did for 6 days. Once they understood the problem they told me that the warranty expired two days ago and there is nothing they can do. So much disappointing blaming that on us instead of their inefficiency. Customer service has people reading notes to the letter. Terrible experience

We love our LG ThinQ refrigerator. I love the large freezer compartment on the bottom, easy clean adjustable shelves. In the door water and ice dispenser.

Just got this fridge for our new house back in 2022 and it has been great! I love hte water and ice from the front, and we use it all the time. The top fridge park is super. It holds all we need. The bottom freezer is also handy. Our previous fridge did not have room for a frozen pizza, but this one does!! We love it.

I've used this refrigerator for over a month. So far it operates as expected. I love the size of the freezer. The fresh fruit and vegetable section keeps things at a great temperature unlike my previous refrigerator. The size of the water and ice dispenser is also great. All but my largest bottles fit under it. I also like that an alarm goes off if the door is left open.

The features and the price were right on for our needs and the help in selection, delivery and installation were beyond comparison to other stores we shopped prior to purchasing. Best Buy has made a new committment to customer service and we think they are doing a great job!

This fridge is so spacious and I love that I can have a full fridge or half freezer!

The Samsung bespoke refrigerator we purchased (ours broke) was the best purchase although somewhat pricey. It has more than enough room, I love the beverage center and large capacity. Only complaint is we had to wait for our panels over a month. I would have loved to choose colors. Hubby stayed traditional but glass is so much better than stainless steel. Love Love!
