I’m a total tech member, which allows me the additional protection plan. It’s always come in handy which I’m appreciative of. That said, I really dislike that they changed the policy so that, for example, a Geek squad fridge repair will cost $99 + tax for them to come out. It makes me question the point of the membership if I have to pay additional for each issue

Beautiful fridge and we love it. It looks incredible. The ice machine makes the perfect classy little ice cubes. There is plenty of space. We hooked up a water filter to the ice line and now have perfect clean water. We are super pleased with this purchase

Just unwrapped and installed our appliances in early May 2022 upon completion of our home. No issues. Nice added feature from Best Buy --- a bit surprised again at just another reason to stay with Best Buy (not counting the Best Buy rewards program!) and their great service. Beats by a huge margin (and with a lot less stress) than what we previously received from the big national warehouse store chain that begins with a "C". Just a huge difference in professionalism and quality delivery, install, and ease to get service if needed.

This fridge is awesome. It has a precise fill option for the water dispenser which I have used a lot since it arrived. Having the dispenser also tell you how much has been dispensed if not using the precise fill option. Makes it easier to fill a pitcher of water or anything else. Best fridge I have had to date. Was a tad expensive but it looks impressive in the kitchen, stands out and the options it has makes it better.

Lots of great features and tons of space! Made our previous fridge look tiny. We live in a small 1000 sq ft house and it is great! Double tap the right side, right door and itll turn the light on so your kids don't have to open the door to look in. It's a perfect fridge for a family in of six. I know it's standard now, but the reminder sound to choose the fridge has been a game changer for us. Hated coming home you the freezer still cracked open. I love this fridge!

I NEVER WANTED TO SPEND THE $$ TO BUY A NEW REFRIGERATOR BUT I'M SO GLAD I DID BECAUSE I LOVE LOVE THIS REFRIGERATOR. THE ICE BINS THAT HAVE 2 SIZES OF ICE IS A BIG HIT IN MY HOME. I AM ALSO A HUGE FAN OF THE SMALL DOOR YOU CAN OPEN TO GRAB A DRINK QUICKLY WITHOUT OPENING THE FRIDGE, ALSO I LOVE LOVE LOVE THE TOUCH SCREEN ON FRONT WHETHER ITS TO CONNECT TO MY MUSIC OR MY GROCERY LIST OR TO KEEP GRAND BABIES BUSY FOR HOURS WHILE THEY ARE MAKING ART WORK!!!!

Geek Squad are the best! Love the Protection Program!

We love our fridge! My fiancé especially loves the middle drawer where she divides the meats and cheeses up. We also really love the whiskey ball ice cubes for our drinks!

This is the best thing they can offer. All your things are protected. Easy and fast when you are having an issue with your electronics. It is even better when you are buying these things for children that are just kids. stuff just happens! I've been buying this for at least 6 years. Something has changed in the new protection plan but nothing major. I still will continue to renew every year as long as I need electronics.

I love my new LG 4 Door Refrigerator. I has plenty of storage space both in the refrigerator and the freezer. The middle drawer is a big advantage in conveniently accessing food without opening the doors. I highly recomment this refrigerator.

Love this Refrigerator!!! No fingerprints and so nice looking. I love the glass, just clean with windex. I didnt think the autofill was something I cared about but actually use it all the time. We bought this for other reasons but this became one of my favorites!!! If I had to raise one small complaint I would have to say the icemaker is small. But definately not a dealbreaker!

I bought last Christmas and a year later I'm still in love with this refrigerator. The drawers are awesome in the freezer - lots of sections to organize food. The ice compartment is very handy as it is easily removable to use for a bucket of ice. Really attractive and high end looking too.

I’ve bought my share of refrigerators and this is the best! The backlight feature is my favorite feature. It’s beautiful and elegant. I love that there are no awkward wasted spaces like in others. Buy it, you will not regret it!

Needed to replace my old Samsung fridge after 12 years. After countless times having to defrost the ice maker in the old one, that was a big concern. IYKYK. I went with LG, and went with this model and I’m glad I did. The craft ice, extra drawer, and the space. Only had for 3 months, but this is a dream. Highly recommend.
