Great Products - the only issue is the doors don’t shut well.

i had an issue with my new refrigerator and geek squad fixed it a day later after i called.

Love this fridge. As a matter of fact, I have two of them.

Nice looking fridge, good quality and very quiet. The only issue is that the water dispenser is inside the fridge wich makes it not friendly use.

This model is very reliable and efficient in performance.

Very good Frig but the installers didn’t remove plastic from inside. It was a very difficult to remove from some areas

My refrigerator is everything it said it was. I love the way that the water and ice are hidden, and no handles sticking out.

For me this Warranty is worth it. I spend a lot of money every year in Bestbuy. Not having to purchase a separate warranty on every item is awesome. I wouldn’t recommend it if you only purchase one or two items a year.

Makes you feel secure knowing that the item is covered. I had the unfortunate circumstance to use these policies not once but twice and it was 150% worth it.

Have mixed feedback, it all depends on the guys coming for delivery or installation , each one acts their own way. Some are great but some are worst, very rude

Just unwrapped and installed our appliances in early May 2022 upon completion of our home. No issues. Nice added feature from Best Buy --- a bit surprised again at just another reason to stay with Best Buy (not counting the Best Buy rewards program!) and their great service. Beats by a huge margin (and with a lot less stress) than what we previously received from the big national warehouse store chain that begins with a "C". Just a huge difference in professionalism and quality delivery, install, and ease to get service if needed.
