I couldn't be happier with this washer and dryer set from Samsung! While some people might have reservations about Samsung appliances, my experience has been nothing short of excellent. My previous Samsung set lasted a solid 7 years before I decided to upgrade, and this new set has been absolutely amazing so far. The performance is outstanding, and the features make laundry a breeze. Highly recommend giving Samsung a chance—it's worth it!

Washing clothes is a pain but it's a good machine. I wish I could set the water level a little higher but that's ok. It's doing it's job.

Bought the set and am very happy with them. They work very well, and we have had no problems with them. The washer does have a different noise because of the wash agitator but not a game changer.

The best reason to buy your big stuff from Best Buy is the 24 month coverage. Hands-down, the guys who deliver from BB take the time to work with you - and you don’t have to buy additional coverage at a cost.
