Love this washer and dryer, but i had to exchange the dryer 3 times before i got one that was not damaged and was completely functional. The 1st had scratches on the door. The 2nd would not connect correctly to the washer.

This product, purchased from Best Buy, as also, delivered, installed the product, and the new fill hoses for me, which I purchased as a prior-returned, exceptional condition item, was assured of being to the standards of quality as by the services provided to ensure that the product was going to be delivered to me and installed properly and to be ready to use and in the order of which the standard of the prior returned items that are resold to ensure that they are to quality as they label the items, of which the rigorous standards of the product were delivered to me as the installation of the product was completed but so to my registration process has been in the manner of which I have been made to be lacking the necessary specifications of the product which is the smart capability and the steam and functions which is because the Best Buy product which is supposed to provide the customer with the assurance of quality represented as to be able to function as if it was factual in return to factory condition and to ensure that my ability to use the item as I should and as my purchase should ensure me of, as not should be required of me to make d/c, return of the high efficiency product to substandard efficiency of screening process to determine and complete the item as for resale, and to ensure that I am able to receive the product functions of which require them to clear the prior product owner out of the item with the manufacturer and to ensure that it is able to my registration and as is required so to utilize the smart functions, which is then to be again, needed to be returned to my home and reinstalled and to require new hose filler and to be as at my cost for the disconnect, to the return to the store, their “services “ so to complete what they previously failed to provide, and then to be my costs as also the same product to then be made delivered and reinstalled, with new hosers, of course, which is what is required to be completed and to be standard procedure which was as still to have been in lacking of good faith expectation of my purchase and my needing to have in the working order of which the store advertised, as to be able to provide to me as a customer, then to rudely make me understand the regretted purchase of which fails to provide the features that are supposed to be able to use, as Samsung features and still not able to use, as if so to be able to do, would be double the price of which was the customer services not willing to provide to me as a consumer to standards of which are important to not deceive consumers, or to make the installation and delivery necessary as well as new hoses and disconnects and movers, as they refuse to complete this for me, as should have been prior to re-sale to me, from the prior owner and to be surely able to helpful geek squad make to customers who are to need working smart features and to be told by installation to not be able to complete but the tech team is responsible so to provide, to then be told by the tech type team support and to be at my home and so they cannot complete as installation team’s responsibility, or to loopholes swings to be insurance so to not receive the consumer satisfaction and so to Samsung manufacturers, or me as the consumer to be doing some duty, and to the product sold and resold by Best Buy, to be deprived of the product benefits of which are to lack of satisfaction with the Samsung steam/HE “smart” geek marketed and resold product-so to be as if the advertised product and features as by the Samsung product and features description, sold and resold to another customer and without registration of the product from the consumer of whom returned the product, and then to be a resold to me, and to make falsely claimed features which I am not able to have in the working ability for me to utilize as Samsung “smart”, and to be my thinking that the geeks also were, so to be preposterous to make the customer and new owner of the product to lack ability to have in the product my registration and product to be used as the Samsung advertised smart features by the not as smart purchase or so to make in lack of consumer satisfaction because of the manner of the latter by their not complete the product as to the old owner, and return, as supposed to clear out of the appliance prior to resale, and to not be geeks to lack ability to complete the appliance and to my ability to get it to work as well as registration in my name, as at my home address in Winston Salem NC, as should not be expected to make preposterous expectations to a consumer, as a washing machine not able to be some sort of put in my purse to be instead seemingly some purse made by lack of responsibility to provide the consumer with satisfaction or to be some sort of ways to be treated in manner of which is by can’t get no, instead, on both of our behalf’s, disappoint by failures to representation of the manufacturer’s product features, and to me, as the consumer.

It's not quiet, it wasn't well stabilized and with that, both hit, both the dryer and the washing machine, making a lot of noise. Both she is full and with few clothes.
