Not impressed with the washer ,which failed after about 2 years. Machines like these used to last 8 or 10 years.Never worried about a warranty. This kind of shiny, vPChinese made appliance is really disappointing

We bought a new washer and dryer for the home we just bought. We didn’t have a rush out of our old place so we didn’t move in to our new home for 74 days as I left for active military service. Upon my return we moved into our home and used our dryer for the first time. We realized the installer tore the vent without knowing (I hope). We called to have the issue repaired. Because it was outside their 60 day period of coverage they charged us for the repair even though it was clear the issue was due to installation. They didn’t give enough slack and it ripped. I bought the top loader washer and front facing dryer! The installation guys were terrible! I wasnt offered the extra water hose fir my dryer, and they didnt install my dryer vent hose, or level either one out! Even though they were not cheap, neither one has a timer on to let you know how long you have until they're done, i dont like that part but after i got everything hooked up myself, after spending $200 more at loews, they work good enough to keep, no thanks to Best Buy! I wont buy anything else from them, after spending $4000 in a matter of days, and got the extra tech crap that they pushed on me!

Since I became "Elite Plus" and signed up for "TotalTech" I have had the most awful experience with Best Buy. 3 Weeks ago I purchased a LG Washer /Dryer and have still not been able to use them.. I am now waiting for my 4th service call, at 1 week between calls .... I am now throwing away dirty clothes and buying new ones .... The stack of my work clothes is 4 feet high ..... and the worst part is that my old washer/dryer was working perfectly fine but they were taken away on day 1 .... as compensation I would like to have ay Black Friday price matches and any Gift cards that are offered

My husband is a blue collar business owner, therefore his clothes have heavy stains on them. This wash has a heavy duty option and certainly gets the stains off. Recommends self cleaning option after several loads it doesn't do it often but it certainly knows when. I use the smartphone app option and such a great feature to have especially when you get distracted with other home chores or watching a movie. I would certainly recommend this washer and dryer to others. I would buy this again in the future.

I've purchased and continue to renew Best Buy Total Tech Support for many years now, and I must say, its the best investment you can make for your electronics. I''ve easily saved a few thousand dollars and hours of headaches buy subscribing. I regularly have them tune-up my and my wifes laptops (ensuring me they are running optimally), gotten free installation on at least 5 tv's by now, free installation of my washer (twice), dryer, dishwasher(twice) and my refrigerator and extra feezer, as well as having them haul away the old ones for free. I once had a hacker get into my computer, compromising all my files and causing damage, if it weren't for Best Buy Total Tech support I would have been screwed, but they fixed everything, assured me it was all good-to-go and gave me Peace of Mind(the most important thing) that my computer was again safe for use. Total Tech Support was and continues to be the best purchase I've ever made!

Best Buy protection has always been great . whenever you have a problem with an item and take it up to the store the Best Buy team is always helpful. Best Buy teams in the stores have always been great to make the process very smooth.

Ok this is worth it. They will fix your computers that you did not even buy from them with this. I had them clean two PCs and move Data and it was all included. Also exchanged my LG Tone headset no issues.

It's a good thing we decided to get the coverage. Our first delivery damaged the units and wall and needed to get replaced. Replacement was good after finally getting ahold of someone that spoke English.

The best buy protection is so simple to use if you ever need it. I have it for all of our appliances. Bought insignia washer and dryer for our home. The dryer went out after a couple months, we owned these brands before and never had any issues so it was strange. Service was set up right away and after determining it was a defect, they gave us our money back, hauled it away and no charge, and I was able to get the Samsung dryer. There were no hoops to jump and I'm grateful for that. Simple, grest customer service and quick response. Will continue getting warranty for my purchases at Best Buy.
