We love our Samsung Washer/Dryer, especially the feature where it will weigh our clothes and dispense the correct amount of detergent for the load. The steam setting is also amazing for some of our other items we can’t quite wash but want freshened up.

I have had this all in one washer dryer for about two months. The installers did a very good job, putting it in my laundry room, which was a tight fit going through the doors. Since I just moved in, everything had to be washed and dried, so I’ve use this product many times. Although I have been unable to connect to Wi-Fi, which seems unnecessarily complicated, it works really great. My only wishes are (a) that the doors swung from left to right rather than right to left, and (b) that the entire unit was about 12 inches further off the floor, so I don’t have to kneel down download the washer

In September 2024, I purchased an entire Thor kitchen appliance package—including a refrigerator, range top, range hood, oven, and microwave—from Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home in San Dimas, California (a division of Best Buy). All appliances were installed and fully operational by November 2024. At the time of purchase, I was strongly encouraged to sign up for the Total Best Buy Membership because I was told it would provide warranty coverage for all my products. However, in October 2025—just over a year after installation—my refrigerator stopped working. When I contacted Pacific Sales to use the warranty I was sold, I was informed that I could *not* use the Best Buy warranty because the refrigerator was still under the manufacturer’s warranty. I was also told that I would not be able to use the Best Buy warranty until the manufacturer’s 2-year period expires, even though Best Buy only provides a total of 2 years of coverage. This makes no sense and leaves me effectively without the protection I was promised at the time of sale. I then contacted Thor for service, but they have been unable to locate the necessary replacement part. As of today, December 10, 2025, I have been without a working refrigerator since October. There is still no estimated timeframe for repair, and I am now being forced to consider purchasing a new refrigerator out of pocket. This situation is unacceptable. I paid for a full kitchen package and an extended warranty membership, yet I have been left without a functioning refrigerator for months, with no resolution in sight. I am seeking assistance from the BBB to help resolve this issue promptly.

my peace of mind is worth every cent. and honestly the price was quite affordable, especially when you look at the protection that you get. i was able to take my laptop for a tune up -- no questions asked and the staff was very helpful, informative and ideally courteous.

Great overall service. I wish they offered a better rate on delivery and install on appliances though. I know it is a 3rd party that comes and installs but wish they found a way to make it cheaper than what it is. Love the overall insurance coverage and help/support

Got the Totaltech protection when started replacing appliances for the house I'm moving out of and the one I'm moving into. It covers them all as we buy, plus free delivery, installation & haul-away. I've had to contact customer service a couple of times fir minor order questions, etc. and they are very helpful in trying to resolve things as easily as possible.
