I got this total tech included with my washer/dryer I got from BB --- it also included free delivery, setup and haul away --- and the washer dryer price was cheaper than other local competitors (such as Home Depot, Lowes, etc.) --- how cool is that!

Love the washer dryer combo it’s one my favorite. It’s the one thing I was so excited about my wife had to drag me away cause we had as only half way through the appliances needed. Lol

The Best Buy Monthly Protection plan is super easy and gives me peace of mind for my gadgets. I like that it helps me fix stuff when it breaks without spending a lot. Being able to spread the cost monthly makes protecting my tech things affordable and chill.

Love the look and the space saving!i was so excited for my new washer/dryer combo. But noticing that the clothes are still quite wet after the wash cycle even when I run it on the max spin. Drying times are also long, over double the cycle time, making the machine to run over two hours and the clothes still feel damp. When I pause to check it, the clothes only feel warm, not the usual dryer kind of hot. I have to rethink this purchase, not sure if fixable or returnable.

best buy protection plans are worth every penny. i have used their protection products before and i have never been disappointed.

We love our new washer and dryer combo. They have an amazing steam feature. We are supper happy with them and love the fact that we also have a protection plan on them.

Love my new washer dryer set. Quiet. Efficient. I have it stacked and would highly recommend.

I like that it is 2 machines stacked looking like one unit! very slick and fits inside a closet. The machine runs well and cleans good. I wish it had a window to open to add a sock or 2 when the unit starts you cant open it up like other machines

If you use a lot of different electronics and you like to stay up to date with products and services, then you ABSOLUTELY need the protection plan. The added security and use of service is unmatched.
