If you're spending over $1000 it might be worth it just for peace of mind.....considering that most items have a manufacturer's warranty for a year... I got it just for peace of mind as I purchase item valued over $4500 so for peace of mind I got it

Total Tech is the best option out there. I love the included haul away and the year long installation. I wish the appointment times were actually accurate. They are not. Best Buy cannot actually tell you when the company coming to deliver, install, and haul will actually be there. The private companies call the day before to tell you when they are coming. They don't schedule until they are sure of where they have to go. So, there is no way to plan ahead. You literally don't know the time frame until the day before. Other than that the program is great. There should be a way to plan. I am an educator and would love to know when to take the personal time as opposed to needing a whole day.

I love that I have this protection on my tv in case I have problems. I know that Best Buy has my back, as always.

My hubby loves this! He has been able to call and trouble shoot computer issues. Extra value having the free warranties. Plus it covered having my son’s computer diagnostic run.

I have not used the protection plan. I hope I don't need to use, but good to have.

Unfortunately, nowadays, you can’t trust anything on the market. It’s just worth the money to cover yourself.

The grates all connect so the pans can easily slide from one burner to the next. Very handy. The grates also remove easily for easy cleanup. I like that. I cooked my first meal on my gas cooktop yesterday. It was a hit!

The program of Monthly Best Buy Protection that Best Buy offer to its clients works very good. When I have any problem with any electric product in my house, I just call to customer services of this program, and a technician fixes the electric problem. The price of the Best Buy Protection is not expensive.

I don't normally purchase warranties but Best Buy total is not just an extended warranty. It's wonderful. It is a source of help and a staff that's always available. I can't say enough about the program .I highly recommend Best Buy total.
