    Best Buy’s protection plan is an easy decision to make to purchase as it protects your investment. If you don’t need it then great. But just in case something happens, you’ll be happy you bought it.

    bestbuy warranty with total tech is a good product I did not get a chance to get product support but will know if anything breaks down

    I know with total tech I will get the best possible service when needed. I feel more assured with the 24 mo protection than just one year as most manufactures provide. Best Buy has proved that when service needed on my computer & printer.

    I'm very happy with all the purchases I made at Best Buy the installers and the people that sold the products to me for courteous and knowledgeable what I did not like was having to contact the call center

    Great value and peace of mind, had for 2 years used once on a PC I had and the only issue I had is you can NOT call the store without going through an annoying call center

    As a multi teen household this service is well worth it. From gaming mashines to cell phones it covers it all. No issues after replacing several items.

    Great part of the total tech subscription. If you plan to buy a number of appliances from Best Buy, may as well get total tech for extended coverage.
