These protection plans are a thing to have in case you damage your electronics, or they have an issue to get them repaired.

I'm a beleiver in the total tech protection. I have used it multiple times on products that I have damaged on accident. I moved a TV and had the smallest bump on a wall and they replaced it. It came at a cost but minimal compared to the alternative. I got my daughter some air pods for Christmas and the dog chewed them up. I don't if you've ever tried to comfort a 15 year old that just lost a $175 pair of headphones but it was easy enough when I got them replaced at a pretty small price. And she learned a lesson that would have been very expensive. We also still love the dog which would have been more difficult with a $200 loss. LOL.

LG FANCY microwave purchased in 9/2023. It actually had too many heating choices that I didn’t use. The “Wave” part died in 1/2026-29 months after purchase. LG quoted $349 flat fee. I purchased a nice replacement for $322.

Worth every penny. Best Buy has great customer service and have really got our money out of all the benefits.

I would highly recommend getting the protection so that you have peace of mind that the money that you spent and the product that you have is protected. Knowing that they will actually repair the product or replace it as piece of mind.

Having Best Buy Protection is peace of mind. They are always there when you need them. In my opinion, BB has one of the best protection plans available.

I've been a Best Buy TotalTech Member for at least 7-8 years now and the service has always been top-notch. The only real draw back is that included services that were once free (delivery and setup, in-home consultations, repairs) are now add-on cost items, which is a real shame. Still, the quality of the tech services are excellent for the price. Hopefully that continues.
