I really like it, I don't know how to get the damaged items replaced.

I would rate this as excellent because I had the Geek squad come out to help with my washer and dryer, and they came out in a timely manner and were able to fix the problem.

I like the fact I automatically get another year of warranty protection for being having BB membership.

The best thing to spend your money on. Won't shop anywhere else because Total Tech is the BEST!

Bought the New ThinQ LG microwave and I love the thin design. Makes it super easy now when you have large pots on the stove and a need to remove the lid with hitting the Microwave. Very easy to use and clean. Best Buy delivered fast and the installers were amazing

Best peace of mind protection to have for your appliances

I suppose this is as much a review of the Best Buy total protection membership plan as it is of the 24 month protection coverage. I have found that this plan has more than paid for itself. From covering installation of upgrades on a computer. I bought a year ago to troubleshooting devices that would normally require being shipped back to the manufacturer, the Best Buy 24 month product protection plan has taken care of everything and made it very simple to do so. Just a shout out to the fact that as a Best Buy Total member, this protection plan comes free on most items I’ve purchased from Best Buy. It’s worth every penny.

When you buy an expensive item that is used constantly you want to be sure it lasts as long as possible and having a good extended warranty service helps achieve that goal. The price is right considering what you would pay after MFG warranty is out! Being a member of My Best Buy Total is also a great plus in savings!

This is sleek, powerful, but also noisy. There are three speeds, noisy, extra noisy, and shocking. The main issue is that Best Buy continually failed to show up (I mean at least 6 appts. set), and they never even delivered it, it had apparently been shipped to the store, but no one knew that until I stopped into the store on the recommendation of one customer service representative who was guessing. The managers and delivery/installation team could not get it straight that they needed a specialized installer for this, and when I finally got one about 10-12 weeks later, he said he could not complete the job. I hired a handyman that cost me $300 and he couldn't understand why Best Buy's supposed specialist couldn't finish it, as it only required cutting a very small hole to move the cord from the left to the right. A good product, but I would recommend you buy it from a vendor capable of showing up to deliver it and to install it. Best Buy is not the place, though they have been great with other simple things like stoves, refrigerators, and tvs.

Haven’t had to use the protection plan as if yet. But
