I am very happy with my protection plan. The install for free and take old appliances away at no charge. They are always in their time frame for arrival and call when on their way. They are servicing an appliance I bought that is out of warranty next week. I would never consider buying an appliance or electronics from anyone else. The also will help with electronic issues at the geek squad.

My only complaint is you cannot speak to local store. You have to go through foreign speaking out of USA agents who are difficult understanding me and me them. I was lucky a couple of times I was happy to reach someone who spoke and understood English. Best Buy needs to put in store phone service.

What a great machine! We are so pleased with our purchase and the 60 day satisfaction guarantee. We ordered the Bosch with a handle but when it came we discovered the handle stuck out too far and we couldn’t open a drawer. Best Buy ordered us the one without the handle-no questions asked and no begging was necessary-in this day and age that is novel.

Great value, it takes the worry out of any purchase.
This program is a great value for the annual membership fee. On the one occasion I had an issue with a purchase, it was repaired the same day at no charge.

I use the 'My Best Buy Total' or previously Total Tech Protection. Use for appliances, entertainment system and Apple devices including Mac, MacBook, iPads, Apple TV and iPhones. In past twelve months, used for appointments to analyze entertainment system and to evaluate dishwasher.
