    We have bought several items from Best Buy and have their product protection plan. We have had a few questions about some of them and have had very good service by just calling, making an appointment and walking in the door to get our questions answered the same day. Works well!

    Get the extra Best Buy protection for your piece of mind because in the end you will be covered if something happens to your product if it can’t be fixed they will replace it with the extra protection

    As with any other protection plan, it is only good if you ever need it. I have not yet needed it for any problems. But as a protection plan, it is as good as any. If you want a plan like this, buy this one at Best Buy.

    Honestly I’ve only had it for two months so I haven’t had to use it yet, but it was such a great deal to buy, and comfort in knowing I have it if I need it is a great comfort.

    I have been baying everything I need for my home at Best Buy never had a problem even tho I am like 4 hours away from them I prefer getting everything there.

    I bought this in order to obtain the free installation of new and haul away of the old kitchen appliances. I was very pleased with the value of this and the included 24 months coverage of the appliances themselves (assuming one re-ups after 12 months).

    The Best Buy Protection plan has assisted me in many purchases. I purchased a cook top, Kitchen Aid mixer, computer, and TV. All were covered by the plan. Installation of the cook top, the TV and the transfer of files on my new computer.
