The protection plans works great when you need it is always there for you

The 2 year protection plan is worth it, even if its one expensive item that end up needing assistance. Most products have the first year covered by the manufacturer, but second year is not. I had a bad experience with an ice maker that's a lemon. 3 times the manufacturer had to repair in the first year. But by end of second year, the machine again stopped working. Best Buy protection offered a complete replacement and reset the clock on protection plan.

If you want coverage this is it. Customer service is very helpful with assisting. Ive come across a few issues and as a first time consumer of this added product from Best buy, From a household that has gone through a lot of repairs and bad experiences. Best buy has made simpler way of connecting and getting the help you need to get your merchandise issue fixed.

I would not have bought my Cafe oven from Best Buy if not for the great salesmanship I encountered. It made me cancel a purchase and delivery I had previously scheduled with Lowe's. Key selling point was the reminder if the extended warranty i was eligible to receive under my existing rewards program with Best Buy.

Great service I just didn’t use it enough to justify the cost.

I don't always get protection plans, but sometimes they are just a great idea for peace-of-mind.

Second LG stove/oven. So far happy the knobs difficult to read. It is a glass top but better than my last one. All I use to clean it is a green scrubby baking soda and white vinegar drop of dawn. Works be mindful of boil overs..that when the mess begins. Double oven is the way to go. Less heat in the kitchen but you have it if you need it. Large Roast good for baking and great for roasting a Turkey or Chicken. Again let me say this about stoves. I am almost 70 clean as you use is important. . less time in the end as I don't use self clean..they rarely do a good job anyway. I did take the protection. As all other appliance its stand to reason in todays world 10 years is max. My last one lasted 12. Two burners went and they no longer make the circuit board for it. Sold it for a second stove in a she shed... Shes happy with it for what she uses for.

We’re into our 2nd year of subscribing to the Best Buy Plus program and enjoy the extra year of warranty on all products. The best feature is the ability to go back and receive cash back if our item goes on sale within 60 days of purchase. We have taken advantage of this many times! We have purchased many items from Best Buy and have been pleased with them all.

Reviewing a store warranty, so we'll see how much value it ends up having over the next two years. So far, so good, and included with BB Total program.

The Samsung Units purchase over the last four (4) months from Best Buy are outstanding in quality and performance. Matched with Best But white glove installation and set-up/install service makes for a winning combination with worry free performance. Overall Best Buy makes CUSTOMER CARE their priority and with the best appliances available for homeowners its a no-brainer and credit to the theme of integrity and dependability.

Bought back in 2021 still works great! No issues. 100% recommend

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!
