We have actually had to use this a couple of times and the technician showed up. Looked at the product provided service. Now at one point I probably should drop the star but I won’t because it was addressed . Best Buy provided an install service. The installers were in more of a hurry to leave the site without providing any detailed information on what they were installing. However, a senior tech came back, provided the information and resolve the issue. When I called for service they were able to provide that service, so overall, I would say it has been well worth it to this point

I really like this protection. Like any insurance you hope you don’t need to use it but glad you have it when you need it. The additional perks have come in handy, like price match within the extended return window. Overall, I am confident I will continue to use this service as long as they don't water it down or raise the price again.

This was a double oven Kitchenaid unit. Regular oven on the bottom and a combo microwave/convection oven with crisping feature on top. Really wide viewing window. Works very well.

I replaced a jennair model for the Samsung I was skeptical that this was going to be a high end appliance. But I was wrong, Samsung did a good job. The flameless indicator is helpful when showing the ring is active and the heat level indicators are very good. The only downside the magnetic knob to dial the heat level does not work and is not very esthetic. Overall it has worked well and good value for the money.
