Excellent value for an item that cost over $6000. Would buy again.

I have been a BestBuy fan since last 11 years. I have always had the GeekSquad membership and now TotalTech membership. At times there are things that do not work as expected but with TotalTech it gives me a peace of mind. I have had BestBuy cover me for a couple of electronics and saved a lot of money. The other advantages are - Free delivery, Free hauling older items and many more.

Recommend monthly protection plan. I had TV that had problems after several years of use, and Best Buy honored the agreement. They installed a band new TV, no additional cost. Very satisfied. Therefore, I have continued the agreement.

I definitely recommend getting the protection plans for appliances, because should you need it it will save you a lot of money and headaches. This is coming from a guy who fixes this stuff for a living.

Program is awesome. It covers all my appliances and then it will cover items that are not purchased at Best Buy. However, I will have to pay for the parts. That is still a great deal official to anybody who buys any major appliances or electronics never had an issue with using the services either.

If you haven't gotten the Total Tech plan, you should. I have had this service since my first purchase and I will renew it every time. It has saved me so much time, money and hassle with everything from returns to haul aways that it more than pays for itself every time.

I believe it’s really beneficial to get a protection plan especially if you use your appliances everyday , we have had appliances that needed fixing and this Plan helps resolve our issues

Since I have had this I have purchased a refrigerator, washer/dryer, TV, a Sony camera. I receive discounts, warranties, and discounts on deliveries and installations. I love it!

Incredible looking and performance. Must have in every home.

I bought this stove in March. Used it every day not too much but every day. It scratches so much from everything. One must be very very careful with this stove. I found myself thinking more about stove than cooking while cooking. Any splash of grease or food may leave spots on glass that might be difficult to get rid of. I wash it few times a day being worried that spots may not come off. I was told that I should wash right after cooking. Food penetrates top glass and will permanently ruin it. Twice I grabbed sponge using harsh side by mistake and scratches now there forever. It is a pain not a stove. As my friend said what kind of stove it is if you worry constantly about ruining it. No, I would not recommend this stove. I got it out of default. There was no other choice with vent in the middle. I used to have Jane Air and it was wonderful. Washed easily with anything. Has never been scratched by anything. Too bad.

I don’t recommend this wine cooler at all! 7 months in use and the unit died, it doesn’t come on anymore and no service company willing to pull it from under the counter to service is unless I sign a waiver of liability. This is crazy and will not buy this brand again. I have 2 other monogram units that’s has been working perfectly without any issues.

This is one protection plan that i use frequently across my devices. Service is prompt and professional. This is one of the best investments i made to safeguard my devices especially having young children.

It works. Great. I love the defrost on it it dont cook the mest like the other pne i have. The kids buttion works geest with my grandkids. I will recommend this microwave to everyone.

Excellent for protecting your gadgets and gear from any incident

I love my new range! I can cook using both ovens at different temperatures. I love that I can only heat up 1/2 which saves so much energy. The burners are also really useful and the super burner heats up very quickly.
